Excellent service! Metz Pratunam Hotel has always been my go-to place whenever I am travelling to Bangkok because of the strategic location for a tourist to commute and shop.

The staff was really helpful and friendly during our check-in and check-out session. In fact, one of the male staff speaks really good English so language isn't even a barrier for us whenever we are there.

Would strongly recommend to stay here if you have travelling to Bangkok!

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Everything was ok in the room except not very sound proof. Location was great as well. Was also pleasantly surprise that there was complimentary dessert served when we check out too. :)

We are in Bangkok right now, we stayed here for our first 3 nights.
This is a nice place to stay if you are here for long and on budget place is clean staff is kind and they have basic things available in room.

Went there to meet some friends who invited me for breakfast. Nice, little cozy boutique hotel. However, its very difficult to find a parking lot there, I had to park a far distance away and walked some 10-15 mins to the hotel. The breakfast was normal fare but the staff was very friendly.

The location of the hotel is superb. short walking distance to Pratunam morning and night markets. Lots of eateries nearby and around the hotel. Also walking distance (by crossing the overhead bridge) to get to Platinum Shopping Mall, Centra Mall and the Big C Supermart. Checking in was easy and quick. Most of the rooms met our expectation, reasonable size except Room 605 which is exceptional small and cramp for 2 pax. The room, bath, toilet are clean. The sheets and towels are clean and sparkling white. The bed is big (king size). The bed and the pillow are comfortable. The necessary amenities are provided. The hotel has a lift. The staff are helpful and friendly and they speak good english. The breakfast was sufficient with a lot of choices.
Would definitely recommend to friends and relatives and would stay here again.

Cons: The road outside the hotel is too congested and traffic jam. No place to stop for pickup or drop-off. Would be feasible if converted to one way street. Proper walk path or foot path needed for pedestrians and to ensure pedestrians safety.

It is an older hotel. That is renovated on the outside and partially on the inside.

My stay was good. It is clsoe the many amenites e.g bus stations, train stations, Pratunam night market.

The staffs are friendly and helpful.
We just felt welcome and like home.
Bed and room is cosy.

Stayed here twice in different rooms. Rooms were OK although a few hairs on top of bed was weird and the linen was getting a bit worn. Good location 10-15 minute walk to payathai train to airport, quieter street, fairly good value for money. But there are some cons - safes in neither room worked; sinks wouldn't give any hot water and plugs don’t work; Avoid room 301 as it has lots of street noise and toilet smells of cooking exhaust. Certainly if you want a good cheap option (I got a room for AUD$50 a night!) that's no frills this will do the job. I guess there are jusr a lot of other options in BKK so this might no tbe my first choice next time around.

I stayed last year on September here everything was great, Nice rooms, helpful staff. mainly location is great can go any where easily. front office staff very helpful. food also good at breakfast time.

10 minute walk to airport train, 15 to malls. definitely consider. quiet location

Affordable and convenient location. Have always been booking this hotel and they never fail to meet up to my expectation. Very friendly staff as well!
