Birthday trip
Pros:

The ease of checking in and out. The staff listened and made sure I got a room on main floor because I have problems with stairs.

Cons:

The floor in the bathroom was not clean. There was short black hair all around the toilet.

3rd shift staff was very rude. People live on property. Building is run down. No elevator. To get new towels you have to return your used ones.

Nothing, I was to scared to stay. I didn't stay. It was dirty and smelled. Very bad and scary. They said I would be refunded. But now I am scar e d they will steal my credit card #.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room floor was dirty and bathroom was very dirty! We had to clean the bathroom, all of it, before we could use it.
