Accommodating, comfortable, professional
Pros:

Two beds so my fiance isn't getting push out when I sleep the beds are so comfy the staff was kind accommodating and professional

Cons:

The room was clean for the most part but the duvet covers (the top white cover has multiple yellow brown and black stains, the tub was dirty and I don't think that the rooms been dusted all winter as there is a layer on the headboards and I wish you still had the cotton swabs like you did back in may 2025

Friendly staff, clean room, excellent room pricing.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Excellent restaurants nearby. The room cost was a fantastic bargain.

Cons:

It would be nice to have some type of floor mat to put your wet shoes. That way we could have kept the floors from getting wet from our boots. (It was wintertime and there was snow on the ground)

A provided hair dryer in the room would be nice. I almost didn't bring mine since most places I stay at provide one.

It's an older property in an industrial area of town, but the rooms are recently updated.
Pros:

The rooms are newly updated and very nice. I love that there was no carpeting. However, they didn't have hair dryers or coffee makers in the room, and that was inconvenient. There is no continental breakfast available, so be aware that you need to bring your own food or plan to eat off-site. They do allow pets, which was a plus for me since I was attending a dog obedience trial. The hotel isn't in the best neighborhood, but the staff was helpful and seemed very attentive to the multiple security cameras on site.

Cons:

Housekeeping failed to notice black mold on the bottom of the shower curtain. The front desk said they would correct the situation; however, it did make me question how well the room had been sanitized.
