I liked the beds, they were comfortable.
There was plenty of parking but there were a lot of construction trucks and trailers so there were limited parking.
The price of the room and the proximity to where we needed to be the next morning. Also seemed quiet.
The room was quite dark...no lamps. Also, no facial tissues, nor hair dryer supplied. And it appeared there was possibly black mold along the tub wall "seam", as well as in the toilet. There was a gap all around the room door so light from the hallway was clearly visible.

The location was good easy to get to downtown. Easy is find.
The staff member at the desk was absolutely rude to everyone. Had no compassion to a Mother with a child who's room key wasn't working. He told her she needed to wait her turn. My husband made a joke to him and he look at my husband and said to him and he snapped back with a rude comment. We just walked away I was speechless. His attitude was just uncalled for. Unfortunately I will NOT stay here ever again.
Decent clean rooms with coffee in he lobby in the morning. Restaurants were close by hotel.
Lobby smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Outside of hotel is mostly concrete.

No Breakfast and a regular size toilet! Room not cleaned for the second day so no clean towels to shower with !
It was ok I thought it could have been more equipped with certain amenities, like more than 2 towels for a double occupancy. Staff that checked me in was AMAZING Stormy was on task and handled everything perfectly, it’s when I asked for more towels for the next day, and there was no housekeeping staff to tidy up after our first day stay, I booked 2 nights, I worked in this industry for many years.

Couldn't turn the sound on the tv loud enough.
I can't really say there was anything I liked to be honest.
Stale cigarette smell in the lobby and hallways. Dirty furniture in lobby. Dirt on my floor in my room. Toilet wasn't working. Photos online did not match the motel itself. Way over priced.
The room was clean. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful.it was also very quiet.
The location was a bit uninviting. The pillows were very uncomfortable for me.
