Pros:

The room was clean and everything was in working order. I was happy to have laminate flooring because it feels cleaner. This property offers some smoking rooms, but did not smell like smoke. Also i found the bed comfortable.

Cons:

Be aware that although coffee is offered in the lobby, no coffee machines in rooms. Also no hair dryer or irons in rooms. The neighborhood was not great, but it was fairly quiet. I don't believe there is an elevator but the property is 2 floors.

The environment is bad either, big holes in the road and old shutdown gas station, not very comfortable
