this unit was very hot upon arrival and werent able to stay the night. We were not given a refund.
Pros:

it was clean

Cons:

the ac was turned off when we arrived, it had been over 100 degrees that day and it was sweltering hot in the room. We left and drove and hour and a half to go back home instead of staying, we were not refunded our money.

everything - location of parking, Charged $25.00 for incidentials or theft of motel property ??? Nothing in the room was worth $25.00. We did not stay there it was so bad. Manager said incidential was refundable. we shall see

Pros:

the pool was lovely. the hotel was great, the beds were very nice, the showers are amazing and I love that my dog could come with me

Cons:

the other guests are the worst thing. its not in a good part of town, lots of drug traffic, but that is not the hotels fault. you hear yelling and constant talking all night but having the TV on helps.

The outside isn’t great but the rooms are nice for the price. I was satisfied with what I paid for.

Pros:

The room was very comfortable

Cons:

The magnetic strip where you swipe your card to get in was broken so I had to wait several minutes a few times to get in. Also there were some roaches and the air conditioner was super loud and rattled so I couldn't run it for very long at a time.

I specifically asked for the first floor when I get here he puts me on the second floor. I asked him I asked for a first floor he said oh that’s the ground floor keep in mind there’s only two floors as long as I’ve been alive 56 years first floor starts with one second floor starts at 2/3 floor starts at three and so on and so on so he’s arguing back-and-forth with me that I asked for a first floor and I did first floor means the bottom now normally this wouldn’t bother me, but they were absolutely rude. Not to mention this hotel is a complete dive. They could have switched me to a first floor. Excuse me ground floor, but they didn’t feel like doing all. That is what it is. They blamed it on Booking.com if I was you, I would stay as far away from this fleabag motel as you can.
