Excellent stay 10/10
Pros:

Perfect location , clean rooms , no need for rent a car , friendly workers at the pool . Access to the Grace bay beach .

Excellent and will definitely be staying here again.
Pros:

Very well situated location right in centre of Grace Bay. Staff was incredibly friendly and kind and helpful. Fixed any problems we had instantly. Location is beautifully set out, pool is nice, lots of amenities. Felt like we were in our own tropical paradise. Close walk to the beach where chairs were available. Lots of parking for your vehicle. Would highly recommend this place.

Cons:

A few of the kitchen items were old and could no be used, but were instantly changed when we asked. Sadly, and no fault of the resort, but there was no recycling options.

Fantastic stay, would stay again. Highly recommend.
Pros:

Great location, gated, spacious, amazing staff and owners. I was solo traveling and had an issue with the car I was renting in the owner helped me. It made me feel like someone was there for me. Not only that but the place was lovely and in a great location. Very spacious, cute, and had everything I needed, plates, silverware, coffee pot, even coffee and sugar! All I had to buy was some food. I loved having a full kitchen. I would definitely stay here again, 100%. Oh yes, and having beach access nearby with beds for free, and umbrellas to borrow and just ask the guy to put it in for a few bucks was great. Coolers and chairs for beach hopping too. Highly recommend.

Huge space with excellent staff and location.
Pros:

This is a wonderful place to stay, especially if it’s your first time in TCI.

Cons:

The only thing I would change is placing it directly ocean front.

Okay but too expensive for the surroundings offered.
Pros:

Location was perfect and the accommodation was airy and clean. The staff were very helpful. Towels were replaced daily. Use of beach sun beds was a great asset plus the loan of chairs, umbrella and ice box. Really useful and helped make our trips out comfortable.

Cons:

The pool area and the grounds were very’tired’. The seating around the pool was shabby. There was lots of dog faeces , from the owner’s dog, outside the front door of our apartment that we had to report. Also the grounds needed a good tidy up of broken furniture and weeds.

Good hotel
Pros:

It was a great location! Short walk to the beach where they provided chairs for you. It was also close to the stores, restaurants and a grocery store.

Cons:

The rooms need black out shades the sun woke us up at 6:30am every morning beaming in through the blinds.

Our stay was awesome!
Pros:

Location was perfect and size of the unit ample for 5 of us. The cats were adorable.

Cons:

The beach chairs to take to other beaches were rusty camp chairs, our beach towels and umbrellas were worn and tattered and we saw others with newer towels and umbrellas. The security car was parked next to our unit and was awkward to maneuver around all week.

El departamento es super completo. Limpio, bien decorado, practico y cómodo. El patio con la parrilla nos encantó. Esta ubicado a pocos minutos de las tiendas y restaurantes. A 200 mts de una playa hermosa. Volveríamos sin dudarlo. Supero mis expectativas.

It was a great place in a wonderful location !
Pros:

It was updated, great for families and clean. Margo and staff were wonderful. Margo helped with a lot of our vacation plans. She was so helpful and knowledgeable.

Perfect Locatio! Close to beach and stores.

, provided beach chairs, umbrella and wagon to take chairs to beach. Also provided small cooler, which was very helpful.

Front esk lady was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

Some broken equipment, dirty bbq, microwave not working however they were quickly replaced to new equipment after we made the property aware.
