About as good as a motel 6 gets.. simple room, no extras but surprisingly comfy bed. Shit Wi-Fi. Great location right off I-35 and next to food n gas. Friendly attentive staff
Wi-Fi was garbage
Loved everything from the minute we arrived. Wonderful customer service. Was late night and we needed a spot to park with our 10 dog trailer. Security is top notch and very helpful. Would recommend 1000%%%.💕💕💕

I got treated as an animal there.
Stuff refused to check in my friend with her personal ID, told her that Booking was on my name and refused to verify all the info my friend had and refused to step in and resolve this issue!
So, I was forced to abandon my personal chores and drive to the motel 6 in order to check in my friend.
There was black full woman who fell into argument with me that it is their policy to verify particularly my id in order to let my friend to check in, because the booking was on my name.
I have never gotten into this issue with any hotel I stayed.
The stuff supposedly to perform their job in respectful manner, should have been trained properly resolve that kind of situations without arguing with their guests.
In addition to that, she tried to force me to ho outside and tell her my license plate number which I refused to do and told her that is her job to serve their clients.
She was calling me “Honey!” and treated disrespectfully refusing to check me in without telling her my plate number.
Also, there was another woman who with full mouth of junk food tried to talk to me like I am nothing to her and smiling.
I would not recommend this motel 6 Lakeville, MN to anyone.
I addition, I got their receipt with total amount of $141.06 but I have paid it online $152.20.
I called them and got no resolution of it buy promises.
Nothing has been done at all!!!

Definitely cleaner than Motel 6 in Burnsville, Mn.
Room was definitely clean and felt good.
Check in staff was a bit unfriendly. Almost like I was keeping him from something.
Plumbing in room needs to be looked at. Many backups in sink/tub drains and toilet required “patience” to flush.
I did not like anything about the room except for the towel holder in the bathroom. I called Booking to cancel my reservation, as I was unable to stay there the first night and had to arrange alternative accommodations for the remainder of my trip. The Booking representative reassured me that they would contact the hotel to resolve the issue and that I would only be responsible for the first night and possibly a cancellation fee. I have yet to receive any information regarding a resolution.
I did not like much about the property and spent no more than 30 minutes there. The entire facility smelled strongly of smoke, which was especially concerning to me for health reasons. Although the room was designated non-smoking, the smell permeated the hallways, lobby, and the room itself. In addition, there was a strong odor of dog urine that could be detected from the room, as it was located near an exit that appeared to be used as a relief area for pets.
The price was low and it was convenient to the event we were attending.
I didn’t like that it didn’t feel clean. There was no carpet on the floor which normally isn’t an issue but the floor had this sticky, moist film. It was gross to walk on. The room had a terrible smell and the windows were open on arrival I’m guessing to air it out. Sleeping was an issue because we were terrified about bedbugs even though we searched and never saw any. Warm water for showers was brief if any at all.
