Although our beds appeared clean,we could feel the springs which made sleeping uncomfortable The paint was peeling in multiple places, dirty corners in the bathroom, the paint job was sloppy. The elevator didn’t work and I have problems with steps. The pool was closed because it hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. and there was a stale cigarette smell throughout the building.
This was the worst experience of staying in a hotel in my whole life. It was not a daily room keeping. Had to bring your towels to front desk in order to get fresh towel. The elevator was out has to climb the stair with all bags. Dirty sheets. I need a refund
There literally isn’t anything in the room but a bed and lights. There no microwave no fridge not even drinkable water
Not a good staying environment
I choose a room with microwave and refrigerator and 2 beds and i only got the two beds, nothing else beds are horrible bathroom falling apart and i kill about 6 roaches, elevator was down for the entire 3 days. Wont be going back glad my son now graduate
This was the worst experience of my life. The hotel was dirty. The placd felt so unsafe. The elevator were not working. The staff hated their job.
What was the unusual $20.00 cash deposit 🤔 👀
There were no troubles with the stay, the service was very kind. and parking was easy.
however the room was dirty. empty cups under the beds. the shower had brown spots and hairs.
I don’t even know where to start. The second I walked into my room, it reeked of stale cigarettes mixed with dog crap. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the 90s, the sheets had mystery stains, and the bathroom smelled like a wet ashtray. I honestly felt dirtier after showering.
The walls are thin enough that you hear every cough, argument, and barking dog in the building. My “non-smoking” room was clearly used as an ashtray for years. I had to stuff a towel under the door just to make it breathable enough to sleep.
The ONLY positive thing I can say is that the front desk lady was incredibly kind and helpful — she deserves a job somewhere that doesn’t make her apologize for such filth every day.
If you value your health, your nose, or your sanity, do yourself a favor: spend the extra $20 and stay literally anywhere else.
Roaches all over counted 15 dead on the floor and 6 alive on the walls when we got up in the morning. The whole place reeks of pot and wet dog. The elevator has been broken for a month, according to the sign on the elevator. A big sign outside WiFi, there was no WiFi. The only good thing was the AC. Oh, one more thing, when we checked, they demanded a $20 cash-only deposit. That was not posted on Hotels.com
I was poorly treated by staff. They sent me to a room that was occupied. The hotel smelled like pets and smoke. Barking dogs all through the halls. Water pressure in shower was unusable. No garbage can in bathroom. Television was too dark to see and couldn’t be adjusted. Very unsafe outside. Had to go to an atm off site to pay their $20 CASH ONLY deposit after room was already paid for. Horrible and scary experience and would not recommend. Too intimidated by the staff to complain.
This place is an actual joke. The images were nothing comparable. Instantly knew this place was not going to be comfortable to stay at. We were told we would have all amenities and when we arrived we were told one of our rooms did not have a microwave or fridge.
Do not stay here and listen to the reviews!!!
I did not stay the place was filthy the beds were broke there was no TV and there was plenty of spiders in bugs I am waiting for my refund thank you
Reception had the worst attitude I ever experienced in my entire life. No room services, just because you have to pay for it. Door lock was broken and the hallways smelled so terrible. Never go there
Giod
It smelled good walkin in on the 2nd floor smelled like piss bed had springs and roaches in the room the police was on 2 different occasions with in a hour
Worst experience ever
Even tho this is a dog friendly hotel, I wouldn’t even let a gold fish sleep in this disgusting place.
Not only did it sound as tho there was dog fights going on, on the third floor. This “non smoking” establishment has ash trays in the rooms and people just smoking throughout the whole property. We saw someone carry a whole tv out the front door. Women selling you know what. Elevator broken. But worst of all. We didn’t even feel comfortable having our bags in our room. After 13 hours on the road we just needed sleep. And a room to our self. But instead we got a room with 40 others, aka ROACHS. They were smashed to the wall and door frame. Everywhere you looked you saw one crawling. My step son ultimately asked if we could just sleep in our car. At one point I looked at my husband and asked if we were even safe to stay here.
Lesson learned. Don’t blindly book a room without reading the reviews.
This place should be burnt to the ground
Room was not available after I reserved it
I found bugs on the floor and in the bed. Luckily I was alone and my wife did not come. Also dogss barked most of the night.
Please make it known $20 cash deposits are due before customers arrive. No one likes being inconvenienced.
The hallways smell. That carpet needs to be pulled up. Mattress was flat on 1 side, needs to be flipped. It's old. Everything is old & run down..
AND THEY DID IN FACT, NOT LEAVE THE LIGHT ON FOR ME!
