Posizione incredibile
Pros:

La posizione era il top, vista mare e due passi dalla spiaggia. Era presente, inoltre, un onsen sempre vista mare.

Cons:

I servizi annessi alla spiaggia e alla piscina non erano disponibili a causa del passaggio precedente di un tifone e non è stata data nessun tipo di compensazione (es colazione o altro)

Assolutamente tutto, e dire che era appena passato un terribile tifone che aveva reso inagibili le piscine e rovinato un po' la spiaggia ma rimane in assoluto una delle spiagge tropicali più belle che abbia mai visto. Meraviglioso la possibilità di accedere ai bagni pubblici con acqua calda, esperienza tipica giapponese che consiglio. Staff disponibilissimo. Tutto perfetto
Inoltre il fenomeno della bassa/alta marea ci regala colori meravigliosi!

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is beautiful, with a stunning white sand beach and crystal-clear turquoise water just steps away.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options for every taste.

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. When our travel plans were disrupted by the approaching typhoon, they went above and beyond to help us change our flights, making a stressful situation much easier.

The hotel also has several self-service washing machines and dryers, which are very convenient for longer stays.

Tip for future guests: The tropical sun is very strong, so don’t forget to bring SPF 50+ sunscreen or wear sun-protective clothing.

ファミリー、カップルに適したホテル
Pros:

リゾートホテルとして様々な施設が整っておりとてもよかった。

Cons:

古い建物ながら綺麗にリフォームしてある事は感じられましたが、部屋の玄関扉は古さ塗装の劣化が見られ第一印象が良くなかった。

その他、海の景色を一番としているホテルだと思いますがバルコニーの床が塗装の剥がれで汚く見えた。バルコニーの形状から水が溜まりやすくなっているのも原因かもしれませんが防水塗装や浮床などの改善があると良いと思った。

その他、ホテル館内に足元から落ちたであろうと思われる
海の砂が2階に上がる階段に点々とあった。お客の問題ではあるが清掃が出来ていない。気がついていてから次の日もそのままであった。スタッフが少ないのか？常に部屋以外に清掃する人がいてもいいのでは？

フロント、レストランのスタッフはとても丁寧な対応でしたが元気がない。大都市のホテルと比較するわけではありませんがお客は様々な各地から来られるのでハキハキしたスピーディーな対応が感じが良く初めのチェックイン時でホテルの印象を感じると思います。


プールに入りたがったが水が溜まっていなかった。

ロケーションで選ぶならこのホテルです。
Pros:

ロケーションが最高でした。展望風呂があったこと。(ただ、もう少し入浴時間が長かったらさらに良かった)

Cons:

レストランがバーベキューしかなかったこと。おもてなしドリンクがなかったこと。朝食のメニューが少なかったこと。

のんびり癒されました
Pros:

離島のホテルの中で、コスパの大変良いホテルです。目の前がビーチでのんびり過ごす事ができました。沖縄本島と比べて島全体が人が少なく、静かに何も考えずにのんびりできました。ビーチが良く見える大浴場も良かったです。朝食もメニュー一生懸命考えて出していました。美味しくて満足しました。また、お世話になりたいと思います。

Cons:

私は、まったく気になりませんでしたが、離島の不便さを感じる方はいるかもしれません。私は、その不便さ、静かさ、のんびりと時間が流れ、良いところとも思います。

天気も良くて海と思う存分に戯れた
Pros:

目の前がビーチ。海水浴目当てなので非常に便利。空港行きのバスもホテルの入り口前まで来るので楽
チェックアウト後も水シャワーであるがシャワーを浴びれて共用トイレが広いので着替えも楽。プールにビーチパラソルを設置しているので寛げる。

Cons:

部屋に小さなG2匹と蜘蛛がでた。Gはスリッパで叩いて始末し、蜘蛛は外に逃がした。大きいGは見てないが部屋の中にいると思う。
これは建物が古いのと沖縄ではよくアルので仕方ないと思ってる。
リノベをされているが壁が薄いので横の声が筒抜け。幸いにも両隣はほぼ部屋におらず、たまにしか聞こえなかった
