Pleasant but not as great as other hotels.
Pros:

The staff (except for the ‘unfriendly’ manager during check-in who did not provide the interconnected rooms until we agreed to upgrade to a family room & paid an extra RM100 per night) including the security, doorman, bellboy, driver of the shuttle van, housekeeping were friendly & helpful.

Cons:

Too many steps at the entrance - not very accessible- needed staff to provide & push wheelchair for elderly guest.

Rooms are clean,spacious.air conditioning is GOOD, FOODS are good, as always..front office personnels are attentive, especially Ms Zahidah but some of the male personnels needs more training, some are very sour faced and are not attentive enough..

Iftar and staycation in The Palm Hotel
Pros:

The ambience👍👍👍👍👍 is just like by the sea. Very nice and cooling. The building might be old but the layout and furniture are still good.

Staff 👍👍👍👍👍are very friendly and accommodating. They were also very helpful and thoughtful. The guard saw me walking with my luggage at the parking, he quickly came to assist me.👍👍👍👍👍

There is also free shuttle to IOI shopping center. We wanted to go to IOI but the shutter car was late. We waited almost 20 mins. One of the reception drove us to the mall. 👍👍👍👍👍 so very thoughtful of him. Not wanting us to wait long and in the month of Ramadan.

False advertising for Ramadan Buka Puasa
Pros:

“Extremely disappointed with our experience in Palm Garden Hotel Putrajaya. We choose this so call a Tribute Portfolio Hotel by Marriot Bonvoy to have our special buka puasa with family for this holy month of Ramadan. However, we were shocked to discover that the information posted in their official website and social media pages regarding “Early Bird” promotion was completely wrong and like a “scammed”.
This is unacceptable if the hotel is not ready to honor their promotion they should not be posting any misleading and information to public.
We feel scammed. A hotel under Marriott brand should uphold higher standards of honesty and transparency. Very disappointing experience!
