Pros:

The hotel has a great resort atmosphere, with a peaceful and tranquil environment. The staff are friendly and welcoming👍🏼

Cons:

Firstly, my room had a connecting door, and the door was quite thin, resulting in poor sound insulation. Unfortunately, the guests in the neighboring room were extremely loud, laughing and cheering for several hours.

Secondly, the water in the children’s pool was a little cloudy, and I could feel quite a lot of sand on the bottom of the pool.

When I booked the hotel, I mentioned that I was celebrating a birthday. Although the hotel stated that special arrangements were not guaranteed, I was still a little disappointed that there was no birthday setup or gesture.

Lastly, the buffet at the restaurant downstairs could be improved. The salmon did not seem very fresh, and the clear noodle soup was rather bland. In my opinion, the hotel’s breakfast was much better than the dinner buffet.

The bed

Cons:

The house keeping service is superb bad for a 5 start hotel. Checked in with empty conditional and 2 towels for family room. House keeping didn’t come and have to notify them to come to clean the room. And best part is left out giving us towel after clean up the room. Have to call to ask for towel. The given room was so noisy at nite and like sleeping next to road side. Sound proof very bad.

Felt cheated with the money I paid via Booking.Com, the information on Booking.com’s reservation stated room with breakf

I made the reservation via Booking.com. I paid for room with breakfast. But, when I checked-in the hotel said the reservation was not inclusive of breakfast. W
