The ambience👍👍👍👍👍 is just like by the sea. Very nice and cooling. The building might be old but the layout and furniture are still good.
Staff 👍👍👍👍👍are very friendly and accommodating. They were also very helpful and thoughtful. The guard saw me walking with my luggage at the parking, he quickly came to assist me.👍👍👍👍👍
There is also free shuttle to IOI shopping center. We wanted to go to IOI but the shutter car was late. We waited almost 20 mins. One of the reception drove us to the mall. 👍👍👍👍👍 so very thoughtful of him. Not wanting us to wait long and in the month of Ramadan.

“Extremely disappointed with our experience in Palm Garden Hotel Putrajaya. We choose this so call a Tribute Portfolio Hotel by Marriot Bonvoy to have our special buka puasa with family for this holy month of Ramadan. However, we were shocked to discover that the information posted in their official website and social media pages regarding “Early Bird” promotion was completely wrong and like a “scammed”.
This is unacceptable if the hotel is not ready to honor their promotion they should not be posting any misleading and information to public.
We feel scammed. A hotel under Marriott brand should uphold higher standards of honesty and transparency. Very disappointing experience!

Nice and cozy
I checked in on Saturday, but unfortunately the hotel was very busy due to a group arrival. I had to wait almost one hour for my room. The reception staff asked me to wait at the waiting area. After 30 minutes, I approached the reception again to ask about my room status.
The manager, Mr. Aiman, politely asked for my permission to personally check on the room. After about 10 minutes, he resolved the issue and I was able to get my room. I really appreciate his effort and professionalism.

I was really excited to stay at this hotel, as it was my first visit. However, my first impression upon entering the lobby was a bit disappointing, as it felt quite warm compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at. For a 5-star hotel, I expected the lobby to be cool and comfortable, but unfortunately, it felt more like a 3-star experience in that aspect.
During check-in, my room was not yet ready, so I had to wait at the designated waiting area. While there was a place to sit, it wasn’t very comfortable due to the warm temperature in the lobby, which was especially challenging for me as I am pregnant and traveling with children.
That said, I would like to sincerely commend Mr. Aiman for his outstanding service. He truly saved our trip. He was very attentive, handled the check-in process quickly, and did his best to get our room ready as soon as possible after noticing my condition. He also kindly offered me a welcome drink while I was feeling hot at the reception. His efficiency, kindness, and care made a huge difference and were greatly appreciated.
Thank you, Mr. Aiman, for your excellent hospitality and support. Despite the initial discomfort, his service left a very positive impression on our stay.

We like the family terrace as it was soacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was really good and have variety of choice.
The staff in the restaurant were not too impressed. We have to clear our own table each time we want to bring more food. They were not attentive and not too enthusiastic maybe about their work. The only 2 staff I saw working so hard was the Chinese guy & Malay gentlemen both with spectacles were really very busy .
The concierge guy were too afraid to give instruction to 1 brainless MPV where he just parked right in front of the lobby and left the family sitting in the car and the rest of the cars wasted 10mins . The concierge guy should have told him to move his car and park at car park. A 4-5 star hotel like this should train their staff not to be afraid to advise the client.

1. Accommodation (The Areca Room)
I was fortunate enough to be upgraded to the Areca room, and it felt like staying in a brand-new hotel. The room was incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and the mattress was exceptionally comfortable. It provided the perfect environment for a restful night’s sleep.
2. Outstanding Service & Recognition
The staff are the true heartbeat of this hotel. As a Marriott member, I felt truly appreciated. A special shout-out to Ms. Zahidah from the reservation team for her wonderful efforts in making me feel so welcome, and to Mr. Syabil at the front desk, who was pleasant, friendly, and always smiling.
3. Thoughtful Gestures
I was pleasantly surprised by a birthday cake and a lovely welcome token. These personalized details made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another room number.
4. Food & Dining Quality
The breakfast buffet selection is focused, but the quality is impressive. I particularly loved the "Kopi Dulu" session—a beautiful, nostalgic touch that brought back fond memories of the good old days.
5. A Note on Sustainability
As a suggestion to further enhance the guest experience, it would be wonderful to see the hotel provide drinking water in glass bottles instead of plastic. This "Go Green" initiative would add more value and align with a healthy, premium lifestyle.
Overall Verdict:
If you value high-quality food, modern rooms, and service that makes you feel genuinely at home, Palm Garden Hotel is the place to be. I left feeling happy and well-taken care of. Thank you to the entire team!
