Fue una experiencia realmente horrible.
Por un error mío, me confundí con la fecha de salida y me equivoqué por una noche. Salí por la mañana y al regresar alrededor de las 5pm encontré mi habitación ocupada por nuevos huéspedes, con todas mis pertenencias removidas.
Entiendo mi equivocación, pero justamente para este tipo de situaciones uno deja una garantía con tarjeta. El hotel debería haber intentado contactarme o, en su defecto, cobrar una noche adicional, no ingresar a la habitación con todas mis pertenencias personales sin mi autorización.
Dentro de la habitación tenía dinero, tarjetas, relojes, computadora y cuatro bolsos con ropa. Todo fue retirado, embolsado y dejado en un cuarto de limpieza en recepción. Al recuperar mis cosas, noté faltantes, incluyendo un perfume y dinero, lo cual agrava aún más la situación.
Considero que el manejo fue totalmente inaceptable e incluso ilegal. No solo vulneraron mi privacidad, sino que también pusieron en riesgo mis pertenencias.
No recomendaría este hotel bajo ningún punto de vista. Vamos a iniciar acciones legales por lo ocurrido.
This was a truly horrible experience.
Due to my own mistake, I got the checkout date wrong by one night. I left in the morning and when I returned around 5 PM, I found my room already occupied by new guests, with all of my belongings removed.
I understand my error, but that is precisely why a credit card guarantee is required. The hotel should have attempted to contact me or, at the very least, charged me for an additional night. Instead, they entered my room without authorization while all of my personal belongings were still inside.
I had cash, credit cards, watches, a computer, and four bags with clothing in the room. Everything was removed, placed into bags, and left in a cleaning/storage area at the reception.
When I recovered my belongings, I noticed missing items, including a perfume and cash, which makes the situation even more serious.
I consider the way this was handled completely unacceptable and potentially illegal. Not only was my privacy violated, but my personal property was also put at risk.
I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances. We will be taking legal action regarding this matter.
The view but my window was so dirty I couldn't even see anything nice or take any nice pictures through the windows so that was disappointing cuz that's the whole reason why I got the room cuz it definitely wasn't for the rooms furniture or set up. Or the building. Very run down like a simple paint job and some new furniture and stuff would make it look so much nicer. And the picture or video I loaded in the bottom you can see the windows conditions.
Like I said above how run down the place was for the money that I spent the furniture broken floors old. And a place like that should have its Windows especially cuz of the view and some of the rooms clean all the time like all the time.

They were not specific to what room you would stay in, pictures show multiple pictures on the bottom floor, most expensive room. Not what you expect, could hardly see the ocean view due to the blinds that can’t go up completely , very expensive for this room that costs more than a newer hotel with more amenities in Santa Monica and with breakfast . Checking was at 4.. which was really inconvenient. Amenities were limited. The first front desk person that checked me in was RUDE, forgot his name but tends to speak to you like you’re an idiot, worse customer service. But the lady that worked later that day was ok. The worse part of the stay was it did not feel clean. My daughter has a skin condition and her skin flared up on her face and arms really bad due to how dirty it was. Was not worth the money. Too expensive for what we experienced.
This hotel has a great location right in front of the ocean at Venice Beach, it’s one of the most vibrant areas in Los Angeles! The view from the room was lovely, with the beach and palm trees. The room itself is spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need.
Noise at night was a problem, mainly due to the bar next door and other guests. We also didn’t receive any cleaning service during our three-day stay. Parking is not included, but the hotel does recommend a good nearby option.

El remoto del ventilador no funcionaba. Como el de la tele las baterias bajas no hay cucharas de plastico o un juego de cubiertos de plastico el estacionamiento de 20 dolares cuando hay alrededor de 8 dolares son detalles q haran subir mas gente y la base de la cama rechinaba mucho. Room 9

Location! It was clean, open and bright. Great view, but e we did not get the room with view we selected.
The bed is very uncomfortable! It squeaks with every movement, The pillows and mattress are extremely uncomfortable.
