The staff here are wonderful people. They take good care of this property. Even the parking lot. I saw staff out there yesterday sweeping up any trash, cig butts, etc. It's not a 5-star place, but it IS a solid, inexpensive, well managed, clean, safe, comfortable place. As a senior citizen on a budget, what more can you ask for? 👏

We loved the price
Well the mattress was a little hard. And it got a little noisy do to some other costumes coming in and out between the hours of 1:am to 3:am hours, slamming doors and talking loud.
Clean room, no bugs, cheap price, excellent location, close to grocery store, easy to regulate heat and a/c,
We asked for an extra chair and they brought it in, it was very nice and appreciated.
I asked for a plunger to get the toilet to go down better, and they quickly found me one and the problem was resolved.
The lack of fitness center and breakfast were fine since it is was so close to a grocery and it was easy to run outside.
The price was much cheaper than nearby hotels.

Nothing really. It wasn't as close to the airport as I asked.
There's nothing around it but the entrance to the university. The room was too big for the small, full size bed, not a queen. It was so barebones that even the walls were empty. Too expensive for what's offered.
The bathroom sink had been badly damaged and since they charge a $100 security deposit, I took a photo and went to the front desk. The man wasn't happy about it and told me that "thousands of people had stayed in that room like that and no one had a problem." This is the worst place I've booked through Booking.
Everything was relatively clean. Beds / pillows very comfy.Hot water,well adjustable temperature for water and A/C . White towels,soap bars,toilet paper were in the room.Ice machine in hallway.Microwave in lobbyTV in room.. Very friendly staff.

No Fan in a washroom, so all the moisture after you take a shower stays there. Linens washed but not white clean ,I found some stains on them.Covers of the beds had holes from sigarets. Everything old and outdated. Scatchy black people smoking around the facility,sitting on ground ( sitting in groups 3,4 persons) at night and on days).

Left after one night, bed dirty not clean, pillows had stains, I had to go buy new pillows and blankets to sleep. Our room was right next to stairs with people slamming door all night long. Outside of room door smelled like marijuana being smoked
Very clean, very convenient and so many convenient store are nearby such r in 4 minutes price rite right next to hotal Target 5 minute away and many restaurants near by the stay was amazing

I needed something last minute that was cost effective and it was only $80, .But you get what you pay for
The staff was very friendly but my room was not clean. I had a stain on the bed sheet, the tub had hairs in it and the sink would plug up the second I turned it on. They moved me to another room and the sink still plugged, not as bad as the first. But there was also dirt in the tub that did not look like it was cleaned. The bed was not very comfortable, but I didn't expect it to be much more than it was because I knew I was not paying a lot...there were splatters of food on the wall, which in their defense maybe they did not see because they didn't look up, it was up higher.. Just overall was not very cleanly.
