Pros:

Hotel very nice with friendly staff. Breakfast was good all cooked to order. Double room was super with a walk in shower.

Cons:

Skylight single was rather small & very hot but it is July & a fan provided did help but if staying again I would definitely book a single room with a window.

Lovely hotel with great management and a hard working team
Pros:

Great staff who all were happy to help with anything. This is a reflection of the manager who was always happy to chat and make you feel welcome. Location is fantastic, a 10 minute walk into Seahouses but far enough away for it to be very peaceful and quiet. It's a dog friendly hotel - we don't have a dog but it wasn't an issue as everyone kept their dogs on leads. Just across the road from the coastal path and about 3-4 miles to Bamburgh Castle - a really beautiful walk. Would recommend Beach House!

Pros:

Location was perfect lovely king size bed food very nice staff always served with a smile lovely outside sitting area around perfection would definitely stay again

Cons:

Nothing really not sure why biscuits not replenish each day and I think it's a bit pricey

Great relaxing stay.
Pros:

Have had a lovely stay, first time travelling alone. The staff are all fantastic very friendly and welcoming. The location is great just a short walk to the beach and the town. Fantastic views lovely garden area to relax in. The food is great too.

A little disappointing for the overall price paid.
Pros:

Location was very good and breakfast and downstairs facilities were all good. En-suite bathroom was fine.

Cons:

Room was quite cramped with bedside tables (very basic and more like stools) squeezed in, with one blocking easy access to one of the wardrobe doors. Apart from the ample (but awkward to access) wardrobe, there was very little storage/drawer space. A 10.5 tog (winter weight) duvet cover was too hot for a July stay, especially as the window had limited opening (presumably for H&S reasons) and there was no other alternative option available (e.g. throw or single sheet etc) during first nigt of stay.,although a fan was provided. Initial request to provide a lighter duvet was told not possible, but separate sheet and duvet cover was then provided. There were also a few marks and stains on the carpet. For a relatively expensive stay, the policy of not restocking bottled water or biscuits daily seemed a bit penny-pinching.

Hotel okay but location makes up for it
Pros:

Location really central, overlooks the sea.

Cons:

Breakfast options not great, not a big variety.
We had arrived at around 2pm of which we asked if we could check in and was advised no, as check in was at 3pm,
To top it up we were given a room of which was next to the entrance of the door way, it was incredibly loud with people coming in and out, door banging. Unfortunately we didn’t sleep well. Massive let down as the purpose of our trip/stay was to relax…

Pros:

We had such a great stay at the Beach House Hotel! We could see and hear the sea from our bedroom, and the surrounding nature was absolutely beautiful. The team was incredibly friendly and helpful, and it was a perfect place to stay with kids. We would definitely come back!

Pros:

Lovely location. Room pleasantly appointed. Excellent bar. Food good quality. Staff , apart from a young male serving breakfast, were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Room was located to the side of the hotel overlooking the car parking area - and the kitchen. Noise from the kitchen and (smell of cooking bacon at 06:30 in the morning) was annoying. Car parking is a bit of a nightmare as the hotel is on a private road with the local neighbours being a pain in the neck. Only one disabled parking space which was most times occupied by cars not displaying a blue badge. Hotel did nothing to get those vehicles removed. Breakfast times are chaotic unless you wish to book your slot weeks in advance. So, one day we were offered 08:15 and the next day 09:45. Restaurant was not busy at either time.

Pros:

Posizione davvero ottima, a pochi passi dal mare e perfetta per muoversi a piedi nel centro di Seahouses. Colazione buona e staff molto gentile, sempre disponibile e accogliente.

Cons:

La pulizia della camera è stata deludente, ho trovato numerosi peli di cane sul pavimento e persino dentro la cabina armadio.
Durante tutto il soggiorno il pavimento della camera non è mai stato pulito, lasciando una sensazione di scarsa cura che ha inciso in modo significativo sull’esperienza complessiva.
