Excellent location, comfortable hotel with welcoming, friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Although there were workman in and around the property making improvements. It did not affect our enjoyment. Our room must have recently been updated and so was very well appointed. The newly fitted double glazed windows certainly suppressed the noise from the gale force winds reported on our 2nd night. We were oblivious. The bar, dining room and lounge are spacious light and very welcoming.

The best place for our dog ever !
Pros:

Bailey - our pampered spaniel - has travelled far and wide and been in many hotels but the Beach House is one of the best! From our arrival late Friday to leaving Sunday the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming of Bailey! He had the best time !
His humans really liked it too - the food was lovely at dinner and breakfast and our room was clean and very comfortable
The location is perfect!

definitely the place to stay in Sea Houses
Pros:

Excellent location short walk into beach or town centre. Excellent food both breakfast and dinner. Very friendly staff always chatty and helpful. Very clean hotel facilities.

Cons:

They were carrying out renovations on our visit so had a small issue but was sorted the same day

Perfect location close to beach/amenities.. Added bonus of use of nearby leisure facilities.
Pros:

Spacious airy clean room with comfortable bed. Luxury toiletry products. Bottled water and cookies nice touch. Good choice of well cooked and presented breakfasts.

Cons:

Very disappointing view over rooftops and neighbour’s garden. Had expected better when paying over £100 per night.

Friendly helpful staff, very dog friendly
Pros:

Friendly staff. Nothing too much trouble.

Cons:

Unfortunately there was building work going in which made breakfast a very noisy event, drilling and hammering. It would have been nice to have been warned about it when booking.
