Our stays at Victoria House Resort & Spa have always been outstanding (this being our 3rd visit). The beautiful setting and comfortable accommodations were matched by truly exceptional staff—warm, attentive, and always eager to help, making us feel welcomed at every moment. We also brought guests (my father‑in‑law and his girlfriend), and they were equally impressed with the service and care throughout the resort. A relaxing, high‑quality experience we would absolutely recommend!

This was our second stay at the resort, the previous in 2014. We are pleased to see the hotel, accommodations, service and standards continue to be the highest. My wife enjoyed the spa and poolside accommodations, while I got my rewarding winter bonefish experience x3.

I was also surprised to find it was the same guide and boat from 2014 saying something positive for employee loyalty.

The grounds are beautiful, very well kept, very serene, the restaurants are great, the service is SUPERB. Everyone is very very pleasant and nice.

Victoria House is little piece of paradise. The location is quiet, the beach area is beautiful. The views from the pools, from the restaurant and the rooms are lovely. The ENTIRE staff are outstanding from the moment of arrival to departure they have a way of personalizing service so that you feel welcome and cared for. I don’t know how they do it, but they remember each guests name and remember details, like what table I preferred and where I had stayed at prior to my arrival at Victoria House, and always engaging in a very positive manner, giving the impression that each guest matters. I have a lot of allergies, I am celiac and a vegetarian, a very difficult diet to accommodate, and they did a fantastic job . The chef and the dining room staff went out of their way to ensure I had a great dining experience. Due to my allergies, I was not able to order any of the desserts on the menu. What did the chef do? He surprised me each night with a customized and delicious dessert. The Dive Shop on site is also great and I was able to enjoy a snorkeling tour to Mexico Rocks. Even the garden staff value customer service, as when they heard I had never had a fresh coconut, they promptly presented me with one at breakfast. Thank you Victoria House for providing exceptional service and ensuring that each guest has a very positive stay.

I had a great stay at Victoria House! They offers a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are kept very clean, and I loved how many activities are available directly through the resort. We had a blast with the scuba diving and snorkeling combo. It makes for a very convenient and enjoyable vacation.

Great location, is beautifully kept and the food was delicious. We loved how quiet and private it was and I can't say enough great things about the staff. Everyone seems to genuinely enjoy their job, especially Ashley. Our room was perfect with great views and a convenient location within the resort. Every member of the staff worked to ensure our stay was perfect.

The property grounds themselves, were beautiful and meticulously maintained! The food was excellent. Our massages in the palapa, were hands down the best part!

Beautiful ressort/hotel very tasteful set up on a wonderful beach. Lots of privacy as only few people there. Gym little small and 2 out off 4 cardio machines were broken. Outside the hotel not really nice....Spectacular Chef !!! The food was just amazing 5 Stars for the food. They surely deserve a MIchelin Star !!!

This was our 3rd time visiting this classical Caribbean resort.
Seeing familiar staff each year is fun. We had breakfast each day in their beach bar. Caesar and Giselle were fun and efficient.
The bar is just fun especially in the afternoons. Ruben makes an excellent margarita. We got a pitcher delivered to our house.
Some had a great fishing trip then the kitchen prepared the fish!!! Talk about fresh.
We booked again for the same time next year.

3rd time is a charm. We had new friends with us this time and loved it just like we did.

Victoria House is well situated just south of town. The rooms were very comfortable, the grounds were impeccably maintained and the staff exceptionally friendly. Every person strived to go the extra mile to answer our questions and make our stay enjoyable. We had the included continental breakfast daily which was tasty and just enough to get your day started. A+ for Victoria House!
