The accommodations offers shuttle service to and from the beach. Timetables change according to the season.

Excellent value for money.
Pros:

Room was great, with a comfortable bed. The hotel restaurant was excellent, with a great variety of food on offer. The outdoor pool closest to the hotel was great.

Cons:

I felt the spa wasn't managed terribly well (rules about swimming caps and diving into the pool not enforced at all). The sauna and steam room were also far too hot to be comfortable for long.

The safe in the room was too small to accommodate a 13" laptop computer, and the safe had to be hired (admittedly the cost was very reasonable).

Nous avons adoré séjourner dans cet aparthotel !
Pros:

Nous avons tout apprécié !
Nous avions prit la 1/2 pensions, le petit déjeuné et le dîner étaient parfaits ! Il y avait du choix.
Concernant la piscine, elle est ouverte jusqu’à 20h et c’est agréable d’aller s’y baigner.
La chambre était spacieuse avec tous les équipements nécessaires. La terrasse était agréable.
Un grand merci au personnel qui fait un très bon travail !

Entre Pollença et son port
Pros:

Appartements bien rénové et joliment décoré. Spacieux avec terrasse. Les espaces communs sont sympas. L’ambiance est sportive. Le port de Pollença est juste à côté en voiture, très agréable à visiter c’est chic. Supermarché à 2 min. Pratique pour visiter la cap formentor et les superbes alentours. Bon petit déjeuner avec choix larges. Personnel agréable.

Cons:

La salle de bain est rénovée mais la VMC est bruyante et le pommeau de douche petit.

I found the room ok, clean but overall in need of some refurbishment, kitchen needs modernising
Pros:

House keeping, beds sheets ect changed daily
Friendly kitchen staff very nice evening meal team very welcoming and friendly
Clean generally , the pools nice area around needs upkeep
Location near town, shops and beach ports de Pollensa

Cons:

Old towels thread worn with holes and stains
Very basic cupboard / food storage
The bike garage was not equipped with tools, old tatty bike service stands and generally a bit run down over all
Over all for the cost I think it could have been to a higher standard overall, there are cheaper options to stay in and the bike garage part, which is a main draw for many, other than the locker set up I can’t really see any cycle specific benefit to the place,
Think I would shop around next time as it’s not the cheapest option to stay in
The shower areas around the pool were a bit unkept, not cleaned
Generally the place would benefit from an refit and update

Almost all of it.

Cons:

Only the head waiter in the restaurant was rude, unfriendly at breakfast. So did not return to the restaurant.
And the kettle in the room hadn't been rinsed, so the tea I made turned out foamy until I rinsed it thoroughly.

Great base for accessing the area
Pros:

Great fitness facilities , very clean and tidy throughout and the breakfast buffet is excellent.

Cons:

Air con turned off due to late season despite warm temperatures.
Didn’t like the communal bike lock up. No real control of keys and no provision of lock point for individual bikes within the cage. IMO it’s only a matter of time before there is a large theft .

nice spot for cyclists. A good 15 min walk to town and beach. Pool very deep and no bars at edge to hold onto. Apartment
Pros:

Loved the indoor pool facilities as the weather turned bad. Great to have bicycle hire in same facility.

Cons:

The staff constantly rushed us through breakfast and dinner you cud not relax and chat constantly clearing stuff away and little time to relax over ur meals. same in bar no time to finish a drink at night

Great facilities and location especially for cyclidtd
Pros:

The location and facilities for cyclists are great. Undergrstorsge garage, fully equipped gym and Padel courts, pools. An Italian restaurant on site.

Cons:

The restaurant food isn’t great. No option to purchase a bottle of fizzy water or a coffee afterwards. Staff are brilliant though. However, it did the job on our first night when we arrived late.

Good hotel/ apartments.
Pros:

Great pool and play area for kids. Free Shuttle to beach and town was great addition.

Cons:

Location was a little far from town but we knew when we booked. Main road not the best for walking at night
