Pros:

登記入住時查不到我在hotels.com預訂的資料，
但現場有空房、尚未在網路上附款，所以就算了沒深究，
服務態度還可以，
酒店餐廳提供的水有藥水味，
與房價相較，餐廳的收費太高，
準備退房時發現有小蜘蛛，
除此之外清潔程度還可以，
特殊的飯店設施是：浴室裡有販售保險套。

服務態度很糟
Pros:

已線上訂房成功,亦提供訂房編號,櫃台人員卻告知是總公司收取,他們沒收到帳,無法提供房間,硬要再索取押金人民幣500.後來我們說要叫公安才同意讓我們入住,難道我今天不強勢一點就白花時間與金錢了嗎?實在是很糟糕的酒店.

好棒的水果盤
Pros:

6/20中午抵達華美達飯店, 到櫃枱辦理進住時聲稱未收到HOTELS.COM網路訂單, 後經由飯店管理負責人郭先生查出事情原委, 當場一再道歉外, 還特地請服務員送來一盤精美可口的水果, 真是沒想到平潭的小飯店, 卻有國際飯店的大氣度, 郭先生真是一位身段柔軟稱職的好主管.
