Forse non un 4 stelle!
Pros:

Location bellissima, pulizia e struttura dell' hotel ben curata! giardino, parti comuni.

Cons:

L' impianto di areazione in camera non funzionava corettamente, segnalato alla reception, ma senza risoluzione. Riscaldamento accesso perennemente a temperatura molto elevata.
Al ristorante eravamo in zona all' aperto e sentivamo freddo, fatta richiesta al cameriere di accendere il "fungo" termico, ma hanno risposto che non si può.
Costretti a stare con giaccone!
Cucina non eccezionale, a buffet sia cena e colaIone esaurimento delle "scorte"
Servizi interni foto cellula non funzionante , e non in buone condizioni.
Forze poco personale e tante persone per il periodo pasquale, hanno creato disservizi..

Pros:

Rooms were clean, stuff was nice, lake was nearby (but full of ppl from the camp ofc)

Cons:

- Limited parking spots - if you arrive too soon/too late, you have to leave your car in hotel garage which is 10€ a day! (We were lucky enough to avoid this)
- Outside of hotel looks very nice, even lobby, but everything else? Old and cheap.
- Rooms have no double beds, you get two singles put together with “very comfortable” gap between them, so it is impossible to sleep next to your partner. Mattress was old and uncomfortable and my back started hurting after first two nights. Pillow was super hard and also uncomfy. Furniture was just old and looked a lot used in general. No toiletries provided apart from body wash (no shampoo, no conditioner, no spare toothbrush, no nothing), no pen, no piece of paper to write on. Thin walls, so you hear everything from your neighbors.
- Breakfast had very 2005 vibe, very boring and not tasty at all. Pastries tasted like they are just refrozen. Coffee tasted bad (in Italy?!). After one try we just skipped them and enjoyed our nice italian breakfasts outside. I’m just glad we didn’t have lunch and dinner.
- Hotel just seemed crowdy at all times. I had no idea before, but there is a large camp right next to it (it seemed connected to the hotel). Two nights in a row there was very loud music (coming out of the camp I guess), playing at least until midnight. We heard it perfectly even though our room was not facing camp directly and we had closed window.

It just wasn’t worth the money. It probably would, if it was half the price (we paid 708€ for 5 nights), so I wouldn’t expect nothing fancy. This was definitely not my idea of a 4 star hotel :(
