Excellent hotel overall. But during my whole stay, wifi never worked. It is such a nice hotel, but poor wifi? It is totally unacceptable. They were not able to fix the wifi, even after complained more than 5 times. I wanted to extend my stay more, but because of wifi, i checked out to different hotel. Everything else was fantastic, so nice bed, very clean hotel, very nice and helpful staffs. I really wanna go there back again, hopefully they fix th wifi problem.

The air conditioner can’t work well.

Location very convenience for those who want to catch flight.. But also convenience as it located at town centre..walking distance to merdeka walk.

Short fall is near to buzy Road and train.. May hv some noise for certain people..

Good for overnight if flying early, or arriving late. Rasy to get to Centrale Mall, for cafe and restaurant.

everything seems ok except for breakfast at starbucks is so less and the same thing everyday. They should provide a proper breakfast for guests.

The Wi-Fi is down for 95% of the time. Need to look into this. It's definitely not ideal for business traveller.

Nice location above the train station, but train noise at night can be disturbing to light sleepers

The hotel is so convenient for travelers who just need an overnight and transit to the airport. The light switch for the bedside light was hard to find; it is under the bedside table but you have to get down on your hands and knees to use it. Very clean and compact room. There was loud traffic noise and honking from the street when vehicles arrive to pick up train passengers arriving at the station two floors below. The service was efficient and friendly. The breakfast voucher for coffee or tea and a croissant at the Starbucks downstairs was appreciated and just right if you have an early flight. The Rail Link to the airport was clean and on time. Very pleasant ride. There is a flight check-in desk near the Starbucks where you can pre-check and get your boarding passes for your flights and buy the Rail Link tickets. Would recommend a room opposite the street and perhaps on the 3rd floor to decrease noise. Easy access to the mall was great for just walking around and eating a meal; lots of good food to choose from.

The hotel is good for transit purpose. Located in the above of Medan city train station and easy access to many spots in the city (shopping malls, tourism and culinary spots). Room is quite clean and bed is also comfort.

The room and services are good. The only setback is the water from the tap and for flushing, it was coloured at times.

I had a decent stay. Functional. If you are looking for a hotel for a relaxing vacation, this might not be your cup of tea. If you have work/business in the area or plan to use the train then i absolutely 100% recommend this hotel. The noise from the train did not bother me. Breakfast: Well bun and coffee from starbucks.

Very convenience

Just as previous reviews state. Its good value for money and centrally located. Don't order grab or uber at the entrance - the railway cabs will threaten those guys.

The price was reasonable for the comfort and location.

The room is small but the location is perfect!

The hotel room was comfortable, clean and great hospitality.

we stayed here two night, 1st night on level3 room - too noisy, 2nd night we stayed on level 4 room, it was nice with very low sound of train.

We stayed here after a flying in from KL, and then the next day we were headed to lake toba. Perfect location, next to train station. Breakfast included, and 2 minute noodles for a midnight snack. Perfect!!! Taxi close by, and on main road for easy public transport access.

A really nice and clean hotel albeith the small room. But It's reasonable given I only paid NZ$48 for a twinbed room. The staff and service were great. Only a few steps from the railway station to go to Kuala Namu International Airport.
Highly recommended!
