Everything ... by pass the others head here u won't be disappointed clean tidy good location.
Very good location, central to everything and clean and tidy
Could do with some repair works, very dated but you get what you pay for
Friendly and polite staff good value for money
Needed updating
Hairdryer broken, table broken, lift extremely scary to use as it is unstable. Shower filthy with mould and limescale, it kept going hot and cold during use. Fan in room covered in dust. Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I travel for work. Don't waste your money at this hotel.
Needs cleaning and fixing
Horrible place , stole things from my room and then said they had it they would send it back to me I give them adress and they never sent my stuff back

Location
Bit shabby. TV was not working. Told reception and they it would definitely be done straight away but it never happened. I fixed the aerial lead myself.
Dirty. Broken tiles in bathroom, rust covering radiator in bathroom mold on grout / sealant. Bed uncomfortable, tv Ariel held together with so much tape. Tv had large cracks on screen, and tv reception awful. Tea and coffee not topped up throughout stay.
Most things really could have been better or improved. Drastically needs decorating. Paint over table
the beach was great large and sandy
the room was small there was bird poo on the windows walls paper thin a bit run down needs updating from when we got there until we left there was a mattress at the bottom of a flight of stairs i had to tell hotel the move it grt yarmouth itself is run down too
The location was perfect, we got given the Nelson suite and it was very lovely! So big and spacious with a lovely view
Location is perfect
This would have been an amazing hotel in its day. Unfortunately it now needs modernisation. Which would be uneconomical. Which is a shame
The Staff were very helpful and friendly.
I liked that is was close to Sea Life, the big wheel and the shops. Lots of Restaurants and Cafes and of course Fish and chips shops.
Very close to the Beach. The beach was very clean
The roo.m was quite small and old looking.
The cold water tap made a crazy noise when turned on.
I did not use the shower as very antiquated, too close to the door and not clean. Washed in the sink sideways as the windows were soo close to the window.
The Internet was rubbish kept saying no digital connection.
The entrance of the Hotel smelled bad as if they had never been cleaned or changed.
It was clean and it had all the facilities required.
Nothing
