Lovely weekend stay
Pros:

Lovely weekend stay that didn't break the bank.
Beautiful clean room with lots of space. Stayed in Suite 104, had a beautiful view. Large bathroom,very clean. Furniture a little old but usable.
Great night sleep.
Staff friendly and happy to help.

Included a boat trip on the broads.
Pros:

Had a four night stay. Traveled with Caladonian coach trip. Room basic but clean. A good breakfast and a choice of 3 starters,3mains,3sweets. All staff work worked hard,cheerful,friendly,nothing a problem. Would visit again.

Dire our room mouldy damp paint peeling rotten windows even dinning room damp
Pros:

Dire mouldy damp room we had smelt of damp rotten windows damp dinning room disablity access not avaliable when we arrived very narrow stairs hallways even local people couldnt belive we had been put there not safe walking at night locks on front door

a good choice!
Pros:

friendly staff excellent value good bed and bathroom and tea coffee etc . This is a great hotel!

Cons:

strong smell of some sort of disinfectant in the corridor , just very strong like someone spilt a whole bottle

Pros:

Clean,, friendly staff and comfortable bed. Clean bathroom and powerful shower. A fan was on the wall to keep us cool and there was a kettle with tea and coffee supplied.

Cons:

There was no other facilities, only a room .

Location, only met 2 staff

Cons:

Carrying 3.5 inch brass key ring all day as front desk dose not hold . No Bar and worst still NO KITCHEN. And NOT disability friendly.

Carrying brass key all day as front desk would not hold . Water leaked from ceiling rose in bathroom no lights 2 days . No Bar
