Hotel Pila Seca 11

Central location to Cathedral, restaurants. Couldn’t sleep due to surrounding loud music no hot water and issues with valet spent over 2 hrs waiting for car to get picked up

The hotel is walkable all around down town, and free valet parking is awesome

Would not recommend! The hotel messed up my reservation, so put us into a room with broken barn doors and no windows - I have pictures. You could literally see through the door. The room was next to reception, and the staff would talk and make noise all night. The hotel was super loud, and one night the staff just walked into our room at 2 AM to "check" the room. We had to put a chair against the door to feel safe. On top of it, they would serve breakfast in the hall outside our room door and it sounded like a party every morning was happening next to the bed. Add in the 7 am wordless screaming and be prepared for no rest at all. The tub didnt drain, and the water was either boiling or freezing. Horrible.

Nice little hotel. Well run. However our room was facing the street and it was very noisy at night. I think there is a bar across the street, Very hard to sleep. Also, it took the valet parking attendant over one hour to bring our car!

Room 104 had a strong sewer smell.

My reservation was confirmed for King bed and I got a Full size. There were no other room for me.

Mala experiencia, las señoritas en recepción no estaban capacitadas para responder nuestras preguntas/dudas cuando había algún problema. Ningún gerente para ayudarnos a solucionar el problema. Los baños viejos, las toallas percudidas. Había habitaciones que no tenían puerta entre la recámara y el baño. Lo único bueno de este hotel es la ubicación. No lo recomiendo

Cute small hotel, great location in the very center of town! You can walk to a bunch or restaurants and bars.

Great staff. The room was spacious and clean. It is a short walk from the plaza and there are a lot of restaurants nearby.

Hotel muy confortable, rustico. Muy comodas habitaciones. toallas y ropa de cama limpias. Medidas de seguridad COVID presentes y conforme a las disposiciones de la Secretaria de Salud Estatal y Federal. A solo dos cuadras de la zona centro. Amenidades, bares y restaurantes a solo unos pasos.

Debes saber que cada 7 dias las monjas de la iglesia celebran a una imagen y detonan cohetones a las 06:00AM y 9:00PM por lo que debes estar atento y no asustarte. Son tradiciones del pueblo de San Miguel de Allende. SI no te gusta consideralo en tus planes de viaje.

The hotel is in a great location, a couple of blocks from the main plaza. The rooms were clean and spacious.

Habitación amplia, de bonita arquitectura buena luz, silenciosa de noche.

This was such an amazing stay. The location is great. It’s in the center of everything. Everything is walking distance. No vehicle is needed. The rooms are big and spacious and the customer service was great.
