Schönes Hotel aber die Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht
Pros:

Super Lage, wunderschöne Aussicht, coole Aktivitäten, schönes und grosses Zimmer mit allem, was man braucht, relativ kleiner, aber schöner SPA Bereich mit super Aussicht.
Das Hotel ist relativ entfernt von der Stadt, aber es gibt bequemer und pünktlicher Shuttel, deswegen war das gar kein Problem.

Cons:

-Wenn man Cash zahlt, gibt es kein Rückgeld. Es gibt eine virtuelle Gutschrift, die du für Aktivitäten ausgeben kannst. Sehr unprofessionelle Strategie.
-Unser Zimmer wurde ausserhalb den genannten Putzzeiten geputzt, obwohl wir „do not disturb“ hatten.
- für spät Check-out verlangen sie fast die ganze Summe wie für eine komplette Tagesbuchung, das ist totale Übertreibung und zeigt nur Geldfixierung und weniger Kundenorientierung.
- Ich musste ein Telefonat aus dem Telefon im Zimmer machen, bis jetzt ist mir nicht klar wie viel das gekostet hat. Die Dame an der Rezeption hat mir nur gesagt - don’t worry everything is correct, konnte aber nicht sagen wie viel das ist.

End of the world family trip.
Pros:

This hotel boasts beautiful views and an excellent breakfast. Furthermore, the staff was very friendly and showed us how to prepare mate so we could enjoy it. The shuttle service from the hotel to the city center is very convenient.

Cons:

With such a stunning view, the sauna could be relocated to take advantage of the outdoor space. A kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine in the room would also be a welcome addition.

Pros:

Desayuno espectacular, la atencion de Gabriela fue excelente, la pileta climatizada increible. Todo el personal fue muy cordial y amable. Nos dejaron quedarnos todo el dia en el hotel a pesar de haber hecho el checkout temprano. El servicio de traslados a la ciudad es muy bueno. La calidad de la comida es un 10.
