Die Aussicht auf den Beagle Kanal. Zimmer und Bad sind schön. Es gibt einen regelmäßigen Shuttle-verkehr zwischen Stadt und Hotel

Cons:

Das Haus ist ein völlig überdimensionierter Klotz hoch über den Bergen von Ushuaia. Die Preise für den Aufenthalt total überzogen . Man zahlt für die Aussicht. Würde das nächste Mal lieber Hotel in der Stadt wählen. Die Lobby und das Restaurant fühlen sich an wie riesige Wartehallen. Der SPA-bereich ist ein Witz.

Desayuno excelente y muy buen trato del personal.

Cons:

Podría acomodar las tarifas para argentinos. Hacerlo un poquito más accesible para los locales.

Las instalaciones del hotel

Cons:

En general el personal estuvo bien aunque era joven. En el restaurant le falto un poco más de atención hacia los clientes. Lo se porque cuando yo era joven también fui mozo.

Hotel maravilhoso, quartos confortáveis, comida dos restaurantes excelentes, transporte gratuito para o centro de hora em hora, vistas maravilhosas. Com certeza ficaria de novo.

Cons:

O quarto estava com as superfícies empoeiradas quando fizemos check in. Tive que solicitar limpeza, que foi feita prontamente.

Experiencia para repetir en el fin del mundo
Pros:

Las instalaciones y la atención del personal y las vistas espectaculares desde el cuarto y las zonas comunes

Cons:

La gastronomía si bien era muy buena, en el restaurante la cravia había muchos faltantes en la carta de vinos que se ofrecían en la misma.
Por otra parte más de una vez al volver del cerro en los horarios del transfer el guarda Ski estaba cerrado.

A fantastic hotel at the end of the world
Pros:

The hotel was amazing from start to finish! The service and the staff were amazing, the facilities were great and it was a truly great stay!

They are selling the location which is pretty good and has a nice view. Facilities and the cleaning were also quite good

Pros:

O que mais gostamos foi a vista para o Beagle, quarto confortável e a comida do restaurante muito boa.

Cons:

Hotel está degradado, pela falta de cuidado e a área comum muito suja. Check out às 10 horas da manhã é muito cedo. Atendimento dos funcionários da recepção muito ruim, embora os funcionários do restaurante são o oposto, muito atenciosos. O quarto tem uma péssima acústica, com barulhos constantes de vizinhos ao lado. O blackout do quarto não veda a luz, impossibilitando dormir com ambiente escuro, mesmo durante a noite. O serviço do SPA também muito ruim e desorganizado.
