Pros:

The hotel is amazing, the location and the outdoor pools with the view is just incredible.
The rooms are big and spacious.
The staff at reception were super friendly and helpful. The shuttle service is great.
Overall really enjoyed our stay, worth going for the view and pools alone.

Cons:

There were some basic facilities that were missing in the room - like a coffee maker.
The restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was good but not more.

Amazing all-in-one resort in Ushuaia!
Pros:

This hotel caters for all your needs for Ushuaia and it’s priced accordingly: the hotel is on a hill overlooking the harbour, it has a bar and restaurant with a great view and nice menu with regional products, breakfast is plentiful, there are walking trails starting at the hotel, there is a nice swimming pool including outside pools with great views and you can book tours. The staff is very friendly although they did mess up our order & reservation a few times (and then handled that professionally). The hotel is not in town and requires a 10 min uber ride to get there, but there a plenty of Ubers around and they are not expensive. Recommended for your stay in Ushuaia!!

Cons:

It is a ‘one stop shop’ hotel and priced accordingly- if you stay there, make sure to make use of all the great benefits!

Amazing
Pros:

Amazing views. The spa was great, the pools are nice. Very clean and comfortable. Very spacious rooms. Location is good because you can see the city from above , is far from center but is great for a get away weekend.

A little far from downtown Ushuaia, about 4 or 5 km but the hotel provides a shuttle every hour to go downtown
