I had an enjoyable stay here for a business trip. The staff was so friendly, especially Ms Nell at breakfast. Oh, the rooms are nice and spacious, too!

All good thanks I will come back again his staff was good. The food was good. I will be back room number 312 also ms. Janae very nice to me and the rest of the crew.

The location was good for us- lots around. However I did pick this hotel because it has an indoor pool. The pool which is indoors was FREEZING- you cannot swim in that. There were many other hotels that were nicer and cheaper without a pool that I would have rather stayed. The breakfast was good and the front desk/ kitchen people were friendly. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. There was a lot of trash outside the property and dog poop that was not picked up. It is a pet friendly hotel and one of our days there was a dog barking for a good 20 min straight.

My husband accidentally messed up with our reservation but the manager was able to figure it out a solution for us. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, staff is amazing and the grits are to die for. We’re definitely coming back when in New Orleans. Highly recommend!

The service was amazing. Front desk staff especially, and all others, were all quick to help and incredibly patient. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was yummy! My family and I highly recommend.

This hotel is just ok. I was only there overnight and didn’t get in until late. The rooms were clean but the public area floors were disgustingly dirty. The breakfast was good. Staff was ok not the normal friendly that you would expect from a Hilton. I prepaid for this stay and was charged again when I checked out. I didn’t realize until I checked my credit card statement. When I called, the person who answered wasn’t knowledgeable at all and just took details for a call back. Wouldn’t stay here again but wasn’t horrible.

Everything was great even the employees we enjoyed and will be back. The pool was great the gym was awesome the breakfast was amazing the room was excellent

Layla was amazing and instrumental in making my dreams a reality. Thank you so much for making the process so seamless. I loved the indoor pool and the desk setups within the king rooms. This is my new favorite accommodation with the Hilton Honors umbrella. All you’re missing is the chocolate chip cookies like the doubletree.

Mariott Hilton Harvey, La was very accommodating. Ms. Nell the pleasant lady that greets you at breakfast is so warm and friendly. She makes the mornings at the Mariott Hilton Harvey location BRIGHTER !

Location convenient, room upgraded was spacious. Breakfast is not to miss, sausage grits, eggs, belgian waffle, cereal & more. Connie is an excellent cook! Reception, Lionyell & Rashad kind & accommodating.

Great customer service and overall experience. I have visited this location on several occasions business and personal and every time the rooms are clean and the guest service is excellent.

I arrived to the hotel late on a Friday after already have paid for my stay and was told the hotel is now cashless I questioned how guest would be informed of this if there’s no pre warning the receptionist shrugged her shoulders and they were willing to give a refund leaving us with a task to try and find a new place to go BALL DROPPED

Terrell ensured that I had a wonderful stay. Rasheed and Lonyelle were also kind and super attentive to my needs. I usually stay at a hotel nearby. However, the hotel is so much nicer, and the staff is great. They pay attention to details, and it shows.

Best Breakfast hands down! Ms.Nell Have an amazing 🤩 touch when it comes to the grits! Not everyone makes good breakfast feel like grandma or auntie kitchen , thank you for feeding us we really enjoyed your energy and FOOD during our visit .😃 This is for sure our go to hotel whenever I’m back! The property manager and front desk associate was extremely friendly and accommodating. Corporate Hilton messed up our reservation and the staff at this location made it right. The customer service is amazing, our room was clean, and the continental breakfast was good.
