Close to where I was going

Cons:

I reserved a room with two queen sizes beds. Traveling with 2 teenagers and a 10 year old. I was put into a room with one bed. I was moved to a room with two double beds. Never did get the room I reserved

Il letto era molto grande e comodo. La posizione è buona; sulla via centrale di Downtown da cui passa anche la linea dei mezzi di trasporto.

Cons:

La camera era al settimo piano, in fondo al pianerottolo; l’ultimo giorno, l’ascensore non funzionava e siamo stati costretti a fare 7 piani di scale carichi e con i bagagli per poter scendere. Il garage è in uno scantinato in cui ci sono sempre degli operai che scaricano e spostano materiali; più di una volta abbiamo dovuto aspettare che si spostassero prima di poter uscire.
La signora della colazione non era per nulla gentile. Non sono previste alternative al latte normale per gli intolleranti e anche da mangiare ci sono solo i cereali; la prima mattina ho fatto colazione con dei cereali senza latte, la seconda mattina sono rimasta direttamente in camera e ho comprato qualcosa al supermercato.

la comunicación con el personal, muy amables y trataron la forma de atendernos y comunicarnos por que no hablo ingles

Cons:

la limpieza inicio hasta el 3 día de estadía, pero no hablo por que estuviera mal la limpieza, lo menciono por que a mi parecer inicio casi al terminar la visita, debió iniciar al otro día de estadía, pero todo muy bien.

Overall, not a good experience and I will be finding a different location to stay next visit to town
Pros:

Proximity to location where I had to take my classes.
Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

A/C barely worked.
There was ladies' hair stuck to the shower wall that did not get cleaned off for 2 days.
The hallways smelled musty.
After the staffed cleaned my room, they left the dirty sheets in the corner of the room by accident.
