Good city hotel with location
Pros:

Location of hotel next to mall and market Breakfast was amazing what a spread and also amazing taste ...with anything new you want to make it can be done.. the terrace F&B place has good mountain view

Cons:

The toiletary quality were not great.....front desk during check-in was not good as had discount on my package for food and drinks (but it's soft only) ...which was surprise at end moments

A hyatt tale to remember
Pros:

The vast majority of the staff were excellent! Sheetal went out of her way to find me the bartender even during the bar closing time, thoibi always greeted me and knew me by name and room number after the first time she met me. Raresh and rajeev who works in the resturant were always friendly and nice. The rooms were magnificent. The breakfast was amazing!

Cons:

The day before i left i actually ran out of toilet paper in my room and the roll was not changed. I never got towels or a floor mat on the same day. The shower leaks water all over the floor even with the shower stall door closed. the take away coffee cup lids are probably the worst design, every time the car went over a bump the coffee sloshed up and spilled all over the cab
