Pros:

Breakfast spread was good. Taste was awesome.
Staff hospitality was excellent . Check-in & check out experience was also great

Cons:

Size of bathroom is small than expected in a five star hotel.
Moreover the dustbin kept in bathroom is very large which makes moving a hurdle. Hand Towels must be kept in the washroom routinely , however on demand towels were provided.

Some of Reception staffs need more training and they need to learn how to smile. Restaurant staffs and breakfast staffs are doing amazing job, they are bringing the facility and hospitality to same level as Hyatt main branch in dehradun

Pros:

Room good size, adequate location. Food overall not bad, variety in breakfast. Staff helpful with mum getting her in and out car as she is wheelchair bound.

Cons:

TV not working in one of our rooms and toilet flush not working. Already fed back that these should be checked prior to guest arrival, surely. Also asked for help a couple times / room service and delays plus one was request for extra toilet paper which was ignored. Also disabled access room we booked, there was a ledge into shower - how is a person with poor mobility supposed to negotiate that? Luckily another room available with flatter shower area and had to buy commode chair locally.
