The staff was so great, so warm and receptive! They cared for my well being at the night I did the check-in, it was pouring outside, they were really nice, I felt that home feeling!!

The staff was amazing! Cassandra and Alli greeted us at 1am with warm smiles, water bottles, and snacks. Every staff member was extremely helpful. It was so nice to get housekeeping every day, no matter what time we went out or came in for the day, they made it happen! Everything was very clean and cozy, especially the hot beverages and fireplace in the lobby during such an exceptionally bleary winter. The breakfast was fresh and hot with lots of options. In the heart of downtown BK it was easy to get to the subway to get wherever we needed to go. We would absolutely stay here with our kids again!

All staff were very kind & accommodating, the room is exceptionally clean & the bed is comfortable. They had shampoo that smelt good and didn’t irritate me. The breakfast is amazing!! So many options and everything was delicious. Oh and 24/7 coffee and hot chocolate!! I only feel joy when I think of this place! Thank you!! ❤️

Cons:

Nothing because all the staff were very kind to me! It was the PERFECT stay!!

Perfecta estancia por ubicación y precio.
Pros:

Todo el servicio fue excelente, tenía su gimnasio, área donde eran los desayunos en la tarde era posible sentarte ahí y tu traer tu cena o botana en ese espacio. Muy cómodo. El buffet bastante bueno.

Cons:

las habitaciones un poco pequeñas, estabamos un poco apretados en cuanto espacio, camas cómodas también. Para 4 si es espacio reducido.

Great stay
Pros:

The staff here were incredibly nice. We got stranded here during the blizzard and what a comfortably and kind place to be. The room was nice, the staff were always in a good mood, and the hotel gym was better than most. Great stay and would easily recommend!

Pros:

This was not our first time at the Hampton Inn. We choose it because it's affordable, the rooms are clean and spacious (by city standards), and the staff is helpful and courteous. Breakfast is full of options! I enthusiastically recommend the Hampton Inn!

Cons:

Parking is a little tough, but that's par for the course in New York City . . .
