Well located hotel with helpful staff. Alicia is confident and competent at front of office. A few communication issues need to be attended to re pre-booking. Nevertheless a pleasant stay in a hotel with excellent facilities and breakfast options.

Buen Hotel para conocer la ciudad.
Pros:

La ubicacion a 15 minutos del puente de Brooklyn es excelente, el vecindario es muy bueno, el servicio del personal, la habitacion estaba bien, normal.

Cons:

El desayuno no es bueno, pocos lugares para el tamaño del hotel. Al hotel le falta mantenimiento ya que hay algunas cosas que fallan o faltan.

Pros:

Room was clean and quiet. Hotel restaurant food was good. Parking next door. Breakfast options included in stay. The front staff was fabulous- all very helpful and kind.

Fletcher and the rest of the staff at Hampton Brooklyn were amazing.

The hotel was great and so conveniently located and reasonably priced!
