Pros:

Breakfast was good. The front desk staff were nice and friendly. The chef in the restaurant was very good - he took extra care to meet our veg diet.

La habitación era amplia, cómoda y limpia. El baño limpio y amplio. Tenia una vista espectacular. Muy bien ubicado en Brooklyn. El personal muy gentil, nos ayudo con el taxi ya que nos cambiaron el vuelo 2 veces. El desayuno correcto. Lo recomiendo. Yo fui por trabajo con mi marido. Volveria.

I have been charged without my consent an amount they there are not even capable to explain me

Pros:

Staff was helpful and very friendly; breakfast was delicious! Rooms were very clean and neat.

Cons:

The location of the hotel was not good for me, as the police and fire stations are very close by and I didn't get much sleep with sirens going 24/7. I do not fault the hotel for this, but I won't be staying here again because of this
