Very accommodating and friendly staff. Easy access to the premises. Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

A comfy chair would have been nice and a side table for the other side of the bed. In room coffee would have been a plus but having coffee available downstairs to take up to the room worked.

It is an inexpensive place to stay, with great staff.
Pros:

Everything was great, but my room was a little worse for wear. Floor transition from hall to bathroom was broken and my bed base was broken as well. It didn’t affect the bed itself though. The vanity needs a good descaling around the sink.

Overall a good stay.
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean, and the bed comfortable. Overall it had all the basic amenities to make my stay comfortable. Also the fridge was a good size for storing any perishables.

Cons:

Unfortunately when I took a bath in the afternoon the water was just warm not hot. I had to keep the setting on full hot to make the water tolerable. Later in the evening I took shower and the water was actually cold. I couldn't stand under the water it was so cool. Also the hot water sink tap took a lot of force to actuate. A child would not be able to turn it.

I liked the staff and the exit door from the room so we could take our dog directly outside. The TV and fridge were hand, beds were comfortable and clean. the bathroom was clean and both the bath tub and the shower were functional.

Cons:

The walls were not soundproof so you could hear all the movements and conversations in the neighbouring rooms. I had to leave the TV on overnight to drown out the noise. The spyholes in each door were just holes plugged with a papertowel. The floor near the outside door wass a bit ripped up and the caulking around the upper shower walls was old and cracked.Breakfast was very poor with no eggs, no yoghurt, no fruit, no milk or cereal. All that was provided was some bread, muffins and bagels (no cream cheese), packets of butter, peanut butter and jam. Coffee was very poor quality. Didn’t try the orange nor apple juice. The fridge had not been cleaned out from previous occupants meals.
