Excellent for our group of 12 Seniors from all over the U.S. and Canada.
Pros:

Customer Service was excellent.

Cons:

The lock on one of the rooms (we booked 7 rooms) was faulty (3 times), but when we reported it, each time, they sent maintenance to repair it.

The property location was nice. The lady manager was very sweet and welcoming and the shorter woman with glasses was nice as well

Ok let’s start. When we got there the whole floor smelt like burn popcorn. We get into the hotel my son(10 yrs old) dropped his phone and went to pick it up on the front of the bed and found a dirty bottle with old molded milk in it. The sheets were ripped to where my 3 year old was putting the cotton or material in her mouth. Then we couldn’t sleep the whole time we were there. The people above us kept doing the most sounded like moving furniture, jumping, falling or I don’t even know what till 2 am the woke up the next day at 7 and did the same thing. (Yes I know this isn’t the property problem) but I did call almost each night to respectfully ask them to pls ask the people above us to be courteous. Idk if it was done but over all we won’t be back to this location again

I liked the location . The room was clean

Cons:

It had a weird smell throughout the lobby and my room. It wasn’t horrible just not pleasant. The staff was ok. I got the impression that I was bothering the lady that checked me in. Room was clean a/c worked well. I got up in the middle of the night to go to restroom turned the light on and roaches were in the bathroom and by the door. Yuck!

okay stay wont stay again

I like how clean it was

Cons:

The whole time of my stay. We did not have any Wi-Fi in our room. Our TV barely worked. I had to cast my Netflix to the T. V. For us to even watch TV we told the staff about it, they said they were gonna come up and check it out, they never did so. We just dealt with no Wi-Fi. Our whole weekend staying here. Breakfast it could have been better and they could switch up the sausage with bacon from time to time. That's really about it oh and rhe orange juice tasted like water the only thing good was the coffee with the blue lable

FALSE ALARM /~~~ TERRIBLE STAY

Cons:

The fire alarm went off in my room accidently and the worker at the front desk claim to not know what to do and that thing rang for several hours and she had me waiting sitting on the floor because she did not know what to do and just kept saying that over and over and over instead of offering me a room where I don't have to listen to that beeping sound or sit on the floor she didn't even offer me a discount it was just terrible.

Pros:

I loved being able to grab breakfast before heading to work in the morning, breakfast was great!

Cons:

When booking our stay we weren't aware of a deposit when checking in, it wasnt until after we paid for the stay that we were notified of the deposit
