They must close and renovate the area.

We booked a family room for 4 people for 45$ and were given a simple double room that was really run down. After we complained, they accepted to charge 30$, which was still too much for this room, which was at a 5-10$ range. Hair dryer was not working and the room was very noisy. 3am the chicken started making noise in front of the window, and the phone at the reception was ringing throughout the night (the room was just next to the reception). At 6:15 the receptionist was loudly snorring in the lobby. No sight of breakfast which was supposed to be included. The pool looked very dirty. And it was very difficult to find the hotel in the first place (google maps pin is wrong)

Cons:

False advertising, had no bar, even though it had an extensive cocktail list It didn't have the ingredients. No TV it was disconnected. Toilet didn't flush. Had the basin in the bedroom. Had a half door in the shower and a steel frame on the floor to divert the water away from the toilet.
Water went into the bedroom. Cobwebs everywhere in the dining room. Swimming pool was dirty. Should not be listed on Booking.com

Friendly, courteous staff but.....

Very friendly welcoming staff. Poolside availability.

Cons:

Services advertised on Booking.com that where not available, and hadn't been for a long time prior...
To name 2, but I heard other guests +
No bicycles rental
No fridge in room, although after I complained the management provided an old small bar fridge temporarily which was good management service.

Confy and wide rooms in quiet place
Pros:

Big, solid confortable rooms provided with bathroom, terrace, fridge, water boiler, good A/C , swimming pool, garden, parking, wide common living room and restaurant in a very quiet place not far from the center.

Das Hotelnist etwas außerhalb gelegen und daher relativ ruhig. Das Personal hat uns problemlos sowohl einen Kajakausflug zu den Delfinen als auch Bustickets für die Weiterfahrt organisiert.

Cons:

Es ist relativ weit ins Zentrum zu laufen. Die Betten waren extrem hart. Das Frühstück war sehr spartanisch.

Genoten maar stel je in op afstand naar boulevard en de staat van het hotel, maar prima te doen!
Pros:

Al het personeel is FANTASTISCH ze doen er echt alles om je te helpen en het naar je zin te hebben! Er wordt ook prima Engels gesproken. Daarnaast hele ruime en schone kamer!

Cons:

Moet een upgrade ondergaan maar alles is aanwezig!

Bel hôtel bien situé et pratique
Pros:

Personnel très gentil et prêt à vous aider ! Ils nous ont gentiment prêté une autre chambre pour nous doucher après une excursion. Ils ont organisé la sortie dauphins sur le Mékong. Très bon repas au restaurant de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Un peu de bruit à l'extérieur de la chambre (musique).

Decent stopover in Kratie albeit bit far from town…… and unreliable breakfast
Pros:

An interesting and quirky hotel in Kratie. Great welcome with help to clean my bicycle, a nice big clean room, and super smooth help to see the dolphins with a tuk tuk to get there and back.

Cons:

The property wasn’t ideally located…… quite a trek to get into town.

I was really disappointed with breakfast……. I was told 6am breakfast starts….. I went down at 6 and no one about. I went down at 6.30 and no one about. I had to leave early cycling and left with no breakfast…… didn’t leave a great final impression.
