Amazing Stay In the Heart of Pamukkale
Pros:

Everything at Doga was excellent! I had a wonderful time there. The staff is super accommodating and very professional, and the pools and property in general are amazing. I had the most relaxing time, and the thermal pool was right outside, which is great. Not only that, I loved the fact that you can have that water in your own private bathtub. The service was great, and the rooms were comfy and super clean. You cannot ask for more!

Cons:

Absolutely nothing, we enjoyed our stay, the place is very Zen and Tranquil

прекрасный отель, цена-качество на 100%, альтернатив ему в ближайшей доступности просто нет
Pros:

лучший отель в этом месте, термальные бассейны, спа и массаж просто шикарные, огромный выбор еды на завтрак и ужин, сладости вообще заслуживают отдельного рассказа, такого разнообразия еще не видели, для детей есть игровая зона, детская площадка, отдельный мелкий бассейн, до торговой улицы рядом - пять минут пешком, были два дня - нам не хватило

Cons:

игровые автоматы можно было бы включить в стоимость, чтобы не покупать жетоны отдельно

While this is a great location and clean. This definitely is not a five star hotel and I would rate it as a 3.5 star at
Pros:

Good location and clean with lots of services. However, they all commented a cost.

Cons:

Staff was unfriendly except for the cook and the breakfast staff. Reception was cold and poor communication. You have to pay for everything including playing pool down in the pool area. The food is very expensive and not worth the prices. Espresso machine is actually instant coffee rather than true espresso at any other five star Hotel. They claim room service, but you have to go down to the dining room to get food. They do not deliver to the rooms.

Pros:

The staff is nice and helpful, especially the front desk supervisor, Ms. Erdem. She is kind enough to accompany me to the Police station and be my translator. (I had a thief incident in another place, not the hotel.)

Cons:

The property is a bit old and outdated. But the price matches that fact.

Pros:

The hotel is spectacular, excellent location, the food is delicious, the staff is very friendly, the pools and hot springs are incredible. I would return a thousand times over. We highly recommend it.

Ottima piscina interna grande. Buonissima anche la piscina termale. Buffet (cena e prima colazione) buono. Ottimi massaggi.

Hugely disappointing in every way. Must have a bad manger, staff mostly did not speak English.

Wonderful experience
Pros:

He is extremely kind, professional, and genuinely helpful.

All of the staff at Doga were wonderful, and the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way — which is saying a lot, especially with guests ranging from a 9-year-old to a very picky 46-year-old woman 😄.

I truly enjoyed every part of the stay: the comfortable beds, the spa, the hot pools, and the buffet — everything was excellent.

If I ever visit Pamukkale again, Doga will be my one and only choice.
