Booking showed you could use bbq facilities and they did not allow that
We stayed for 3 nights, didn’t have housekeeping come throughout stay. Staff were friendly. We had limited dining options, were told a lot of options weren’t available. Patio door didn’t lock, very noisy to street
They staff are very friendly but the shower area have rusty and a little mildew the room itself was ok
Reasonable and convenient
People who working there are so helpful and nice , smiling all the time and really good.
Promised "complimentary breakfast " is not free , not expensive but not free as promised.
Price is too high on booking , in facility i cheaper when you don't use booking.
Even AGODA is for 20$ per a day cheaper than booking.
And of course there were small lizards in the room and around a hallway... i really don't mind so much , but they should pay attention to that.

They messed up my check in and therefore delayed my departure wrongly accusing me of not paying to finally admit it was their error.
Staff was very helpful, from the doorman to front desk and housekeeping. However the hotel itself is in detiorating condition. Little things are broken or poorly thought out.
I had a balcony room and had to downgrade to a regular due to mosquitos coming in through the closed door. Even when closed it still had a sizable gap they could fly right through. Had over thirty of them flying around and clinging to the ceiling.
The room I moved to had a broken phone and dead batteries in the TV remote. A shower head that would fly off its holder of you turned it up all the way. The sink stopper would spin like a coin and didn't seem to stay all the way open or closed. Probably more but those are what I remember.
I would not stay here again and I hope the lovely staff find better employment at a more well managed and maintained hotel.
Quiet area. You can totally sleep good. And they have shuttle service to Clark airport.
Bathroom is old and need to be renovated. No breakfast.
방 컨디션도 가성비 매우좋고 루프탑 음식도 상당히 맛있는데 수영장까지 있어 아주 좋았습니다~ 초강추 ㅎㅎ

Basic hotel. Nothing particularly thrilling or exciting. Provides the need to rest and shower. Limited television channels. So bring a book.
Basic for a decent price if you are able to book ahead of time. Local rates are competitive.
The food service was awful! I had to wait over a half hour before I decided to give up. Not worth the time or effort!
