Pros:

Dark, clean and comfortable rooms

Pros:

Cuarto grande, muy limpio, silencio, buen baño, Buenas instalaciones. Muy limpio

Cons:

El asensor estave fuera de servicio y tuvimos que subir dos pisos caminando. Desayuno que esta incluido muy pobre y de mala caldidad.

Todo la limpieza muy bien las recepcionistas muy amables, las housekeeping muy bien , la que atiende el desayuno muy bien.

Que una persona que atendía el estacionamiento no me dejaba estacionar mi carro argumentando que un cliente había apartado el lugar,

Bueno con limitaciones.
Pros:

Desayuno muy austero, falta la proteína (mínimo huevos). Aunque ustedes lo indican que es Continental. así que nada que reclamarles, pero .........

Cons:

No me otorgaron desayuno para el menor (1) sólo para los adultos (3). Así que invité a mi hijo para que nos viera desayunar a los adultos, pero él (por política del hotel) no podía tomar su desayuno, así que se quedó sin desayunar (sabemos que el hotel lo hacía por su bien) pero él no lo entendió y se quedó con hambre.
Los recepcionistas muy cuadrados, ninguna cara amable ni sonriente, todos muy adustos, pragmáticos en exceso, parecen robots: ¿Así los entrenan?
Estacionamiento muy, muy, muy reducido, nos tuvimos que estacionar en la calle en altas horas de la noche, lo cual representa un alto riesgo tanto personal como en los vehículos y su contenido. Busquen una solución a este importante detalle.
