Eu diz a reserva com antecedência e solicitei a vista para avenida Antônio Carlos, quando cheguei ao local me informaram que não tinha quarto disponível com essa vista. Sendo que foi combinado pelo WhatsApp tudo certinho com antecedência.

Havia destacado e confirmado pelo hotel que precisava de um quarto conjugado, pois, estava eu, meu marido e meus dois filhos, chegando lá fomos informados que não tinha disponibilidade, dormimos em quartos separados, eu e minha filha e em outro quarto, meu marido e meu filho.
Fomos fazer um lanche e precisávamos de talher, tivemos que alugar os talheres.
O café da manhã é bem fraco e sem opções.
