Superb location, excellent breakfast
Our room was directly under the restaurant which was extremely noisy. In addition, we were without water for four hours which wasn't ideal

La posizione, la colazione e il parcheggio gratuito vicino al parco Manuel Antonio.
La stanza, poco curata e spartana.
L'únic pel que val la pena l'hotel és que està just al costat de l'entrada al PN de Manuel Antonio. Però tret d'això, jo ara no el tornaria a escollir. M'ha decepcionat. Hi ha bones vistes des de la planta tercera que ens van donar l'habitació. Però es veu la teulada de xapa de color blau del menjador. I això es molt lleig, i desmereix la vista que tens del mar.
El que si era divertit és que per arribar a l'habitació havies de pujar una pendent de gairebé el 60% i el personal de l'hotel traslladava als clients amb uns carritos com de golf. El personal tot molt amable. Però no van solucionar les queixes el primer dia, sino el segon.
Les habitacions són estretes i molt allargades, els llits ocupen gairebé tota l'amplada i no es passa de forma còmode. No hi ha espai per posar les maletes. Perque l'hotel està fet a base de contenidors de barco! Nosaltres ens vam estar tres nits, i ara no hi estaria només que una nit!! i segurament no l'escolliria per repetir!. Ens va costar caríssim per la comoditat que demanavem. La relació qualitat preu, pèssima. La primera nit quan vam arribar ens vam queixar de vàries coses: No sortia sabó del dispensador de la dutxa, el bany feia mala olor, no hi havia tapa al cubell de tirar els paper del WC, no hi havia cap penjador al moble que es suposava que era un armari, no hi havia cap paperera per posar el café que et podies fer a l'habitació. El personal avisava que si et deixaves alguna cosa al balcó, els micos venien i t'ho agafaven. No van solucionar les coses el primer dia, sí el segon. Ens vam queixar i el senyor de recepció ja tenia el discurs après, no es va oferir ni una habitació millor ni res, només es va disculpar. Es a dir, no hi tornaria i estic molt decepcionada perque vam pagar molts diners i vam tenir una mala habitació, decepcionant.

Great location, minutes walk from the beach and Manuel Antonio park entrance, free parking included so no hassle of finding and paying to park.
The view from top floor is amazing and lots of birds and wildlife can be spotted in the trees behind and side of hotels.
Staffs are very friendly and most helpful.
The bed makes sound noise when moving around in bed. Could do with a replacement bed.
The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The hotel staff was very friendly and quite attentive of the guests. The pool was clean, spacious, and refreshing.
