Pros:

Good choice at breakfast plenty of seating

Cons:

The attitude of one of the staff who made the omelette generally ignored you and declined to fry an egg and was rude to the rest of the staff
Needs training in how to fry an egg and customer relations

Clé de serrure de chambre ne fonctionne pas correctement
Paiement de la taxe de séjour alors qu’elle est déjà réglée avec Booking.on nous dit obligatoire pour Check out et voir avec Booking pour se faire rembourser.

Votre réponse concernant les taxes locales est erronée.
Après nouvelle vérification du montant débité sur mon compte bancaire par Booking, la somme comprenait bien les taxes locales.
Malgré la facture de Booking que nous vous avons montrée à la réception, le jour du check out, vous nous avez facturez à tort ces taxes.
Nous avons été dans un autre hôtel sur l'Ile avec une réservation Booking, cet établissement n'a pas facturé lors du check out de taxes locales car elles étaient déjà comprises dans notre règlement à Booking.
Ce n'est pas sérieux...

Nice place made great by avlaki boat hire. Personally without this it wouldn’t be as fun

Plenty and varied
And I hope the hotel doesn’t branch out into full blown evening dining. It’s far nicer walking to the local restaurant.

Underwhelming - both with regard to the hotel and location.
Pros:

Location was good although too far to walk to Kassiopi in the heat.
Kassiopi is extremely busy and over touristed in the summer hols. Charges are high and quality of food and services experienced was low compared to kalamaki, Nissaki.
Greek staff were amazing - particularly the bar staff by the pool. Extremely welcoming and authentic.
Fruit vans were a highlight - the commentary is brilliant 🤣

Cons:

Limited number of loungers on deck overlooking the sea. Grabbed early morning and retained all day by a select few. Nowhere near enough beach sun beds for the size of the hotel.
Very child-friendly hotel so no r&r by the pool - it was one big crèche from dawn to dusk. If you want peace and quiet it’s not for you. If you have babies and kids under 12 book now.
Lots of northern ladies - concierge, check in, breakfast server. Although very friendly it wasn’t what we expected in Greece and was not very authentic. Would have preferred to be paying our money to support local people.
Concierge didn’t listen - just wanted to tell you how great the hotel was.
Hotel rooms and grounds are starting to look very tired. Expected a lot more for the price paid and fell well short. Suggest it’s a 3-star experience.
Very close to a public beach and car park. Not a blue flag beach.

A delightful surprise
Pros:

Fab location, lovely accommodation , very friendly staff & Ruth was 1st class. Sorry we only stayed 3 days . Will be back
