Pros:

Front of house very welcoming and helpfull

Cons:

Room service didnt clean or replace cups just turnt them as if they where clean and never replaced milk room was very small also

Lovely location and staff and bed. But too many negatives so would not recommend or go back

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

Towels rough as sand paper. Tiny tv. Curdled uht milk. Random chair in wardrobe. Bar closed as the person on shift didnt have a key. Elderly lady snoring away in reception lol. No soundproofing. Wonky picture in room. Felt a little grubby with the outdated sticky furniture in the room.

Really great location, hotel was clean but very dated, staff really friendly and helpful.. price was really good.. room
Pros:

Location was perfect, 24 hour pizza was also great and staff very helpful

Cons:

The room was very dated and shower so small, sink was at the end of the bed not in bathroom, heating didn’t work

I didnt like anything about this place

Cons:

The room was small and smelt bad the shower was terrible the bed was tiny amd uncomfortable and outside the window was window ledges covered with pigeon poo and blocked gutters it made me feel ill being here

Pros:

Staff were really helpful and a great location for doing the seven sisters and exploring eastbourne

Cons:

The room was very dated and the bathroom was incredibly small. It was also soso warm in the room even with the window open the whole time

Not for me
Pros:

Bed was comfy

Cons:

Room was bitterly cold. I had to ask for a
blanket,was informed they didn't have any.

Was given a spare duvet to add to the duvet on the bed Heating didn't work in room and was not offered a plug in heater.
Was too cold in very small shower room to try and shower the following morning.

Found fire door in hallway had been propped open with paper wedged under doorway...needless to say,I removed it as fire would spread through that hotel within a couple of minutes!
