Pros:

Pros: Fast efficient friendly check in and bellboy service.
Had a quick dip in the pool and it had bar/food service.
Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Quiet respite to the outside. Parking was easy. Overall I would recommend.
Cons: there was the same room service food/tray in the corridor for our entire stay. The safes don’t work in the rooms.

Enjoyed my stay here. The room was good and the pool was turned on when we reached. The room and beds were also cleaned.

Pros:

It’s a beautiful hotel, we were put in the third floor and was told the elevator worked and when we tried using it, we were told we can’t use it without calling the bellboy! The tub was slippery and the shower head was old.

Pros:

Customer service is aweful. Not friendly and too noisy. No information related to hotel..such as restuarant on site and other services.They claimed to have a gym...2 bikes that were not working...no AC abd smell is not good.
I will not recommend it to my enemies

owner was there and immediately took care of problems we talked to her about. really interested in fixing things while we were there, rooms nice, beds comfortable, need some improvements, but overall good stay. restaurant just ok but they say making changes to improve menu.

Pros:

I've never enjoyed such soft and comfortable beds at a hotel in Chetumal before. The staff tried their best to understand me as me or my friends could not speak Spanish. The attendant was attentive and help us get to our rooms with ease.
