Une parenthèse enchantée
Pros:

Hotel magique, dans un décor colonial exceptionnel
Déjeuner de haut niveau avec présence et explications de la cheffe quotidiennement
Le personnel est aux petits soins pour rendre le séjour innoubliable. Seulement 5 chambres dans l'établissement ce qui rend l endroit magique

Cons:

L'hotel est peut être un peu éloigné du centre (15 min à pied) mais vraiment rien de catastrophique tant se promener dans les rues de Merida, la journée, le soir est agréable

Außergewöhnlich in jeder Hinsicht!
Pros:

Die Gastgeber Sara und Neil haben hier etwas ganz Besonderes geschaffen: ein kleines Boutique Hotel mit fünf Zimmern, das wirklich keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir reisen sehr viel, aber so eine Unterkunft haben wir noch selten erlebt.
+ Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich und gediegen ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Es wurde an alles gedacht bei der Ausstattung.
+ Das Frühstück: das ganze Team kümmert sich wunderbar. Es gibt kein Buffet, keine Menüauswahl, sondern es wird einfach ein köstliches und vielfältiges Frühstück serviert. Das Team ist auch stets offen für Sonderwünsche.
+ Der Innenhof und Poolbereich: zwei Liegen, zwei bequeme Sessel, eine Doppelliege unter den Palmen. Alles sehr gemütlich.
+ Der kleine Shop mit einer feinen Auswahl macht Spaß. Man hat richtig Freude etwas mitzunehmen.
+ Das Service: Top!!! Jeder Wunsch wird nach Möglichkeit erfüllt und es wird immer gerne direkt oder via WhatsApp geholfen.
+ Unsere Restaurantempfehlung - das Casa T‘ho: im Innenhof sitzt und isst es sich fantastisch.

The best
Pros:

We saw the 5.0 star rating on Google with 200+ reviews. Could not be true right? But it is totally valid, it was amazing! Before check in we were added to a whatsapp group of the hotel, which we used during our stay, very smart and welcoming. On arrival we got a little tour of the hotel and a nice cocktail. The hotel has 5 (6?) rooms, a courtyard with a lot of green and a pool. All feels very quiet and relaxing. The rooms are big (the bed short, for a 6'+ guy, but that seems the standard in Mexico)
The staff is amazing, all of them. The owners very helpful and fun. It feels like home.
And every morning you are served an amazingly cooked breakfast, We never had a breakfast like that in a hotel. A freshly made set menu, every day just perfect.

Parfait séjour au calme en plein cœur de Mérida
Pros:

Tout, vraiment. L'accueil, la déco, la cuisine, les drinks, le confort, l'ambiance, la petite boutique...tout !

Cons:

Juste une minuscule remarque : le bruit de l'eau qui tombe dans la piscine est un peu fort. Donc pas grand chose à reprocher à ce magnifique endroit.

Verborgen pareltje in Merida. Absolute aanrader!
Pros:

Sara en Niel zijn fantastische hosts! De ambiance en de rust zijn geweldig! Het ontbijt was heerlijk!

Cons:

Ligt niet op loopafstand van city center, maar dat vonden wij niet erg. Uber brengt je voor 2 euro.

The perfect stay in Merida
Pros:

We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! We had the most wonderful stay at the Diplomat. The service is truly impeccable - every single member of the team is so welcoming and attentive. The Diplomat is a little oasis of calm with a stunning poolside area. The rooms are wonderful and the team is amazing and will help with great recommendations and help make the most of your stay. I fell ill during my stay but honestly Sara and the team could not have been more wonderful and helped me get better. Don’t hesitate and just book!

Pros:

Pure pleasure! Service was tops.
Spacious room, very helpful, attentive staff, always happy to help. The best of the best, breakfasts! The food was expertly prepared with fresh ingredients and never the same. Hanging in a hammock, poolside with an espresso is exactly what I needed.
Referred me to Argel, a really good and knowledgeable private guide.
Suggeste and made restaurant reservations.

Pros:

Colonial stiliaus interjeras, ramus kiemelis su baseinu, baras ir… skirtingi pusryčiai, kuriuos kiekvieną rytą atneša šefas. Vos 5 kambariai – jaukumas, privatumas ir autentiška boutique atmosfera. Personalo dėmesys, rekomendacijos. Šis viešbutis savaime yra patirtis (o ne tik apgyvendinimo įstaiga 🙂)! Pasilikome ilgiau nei planavome.
