Pros:

It was off season and there were very few guests but I really enjoyed it. Clean, pretty, nice staff. I would stay there again easily.

Pros:

This is the best place to stay in the area if you want to be in a serene lake area and close to fortuna. Otherwise stay in fortuna. This property is quaint quality and with amazing hospitality. I hope to return again soon.

We just stayed at La Mansion Inn for the beginning of our trip in Costa Rica and it set a high bar for the rest of the trip!

The rooms were cozy and comfortable, good AC, comfortable beds and private porches that overlooked magical views. The restaurant offered a great breakfast that is included but other items available to a low cost and the food was phenomenal.

The staff there were the kindest, most attentive, and friendly people that were not only patient with our lack of Spanish but helped us with the language when we showed interest.

It is a little bit of a drive to La Fortuna (~20 min.) but is very close to the Mistico Hanging bridges and having to drive a little was 100% worth every trying this facility offers. I will recommend this place to everyone I know and definitely return!

Pros:

This place is a hidden gem. Blink and you'll miss it. In between Nuevo Arenal and La Fortuna, beautiful lake views and if it's clear, Arenal Volcano. Cozy cottages with everything you need to feel comfortable including a pool and large hot tub. Great food at the restaurant on site (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), and a small gift shop and another restaurant within walking distance. Great for couples and families!

The hotel grounds are BEAUTIFUL!!! I woke up to a gorgeous view that I could see RIGHT FROM MY BED! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Chris was the absolute best!!!! He helped with everything from checking in to reservations to recommendations! The hotel itself is not in a “hot spot” but it is conveniently located on the route that leads to La Fortuna and popular hot springs. So, it was an easy drive to get to different activities and restaurants. I will definitely return!

This place is magical. The people are welcoming and kind. Service is great and the view of our room was astonish. What a great family time we had. Thank you for making my husband birthday so special. Hopefully we will go back in the future.

It was truly an amazing experience. View alone worth million dollar. Staff was extremely considerate and courteous. Swimming pool and Hot tub experience was great. Not to mention, food was very delicious and tasteful. I will recommend very highly and will say just have breakfast and dinner at this place only. There was some minor issue with the internet but the staff actioned it right away. You may feel place is slightly away from LA Fortuna but the price and experience, no one can beat it.

Great property. Everyone was helpful and nice. Wonderful pool and hot tub. Felt very safe. Breakfast is great. Didn’t have lunch there but dinner was wonderful. About 30-40 min to La Fortuna.

Amazing property, views, service, location and restaurant! I would absolutely recommend. It is 45 minutes from La Fortuna, if that matters.
