Pros:

Ruime kamer, vriendelijke mensen.

Cons:

We moesten betalen voor het ontbijt, terwijl het gratis zou zijn. We zijn hier niet van tevoren op gewezen en het personeel kon echt geen woord Engels.

BUENA UBICACIÓN Y HABITACIONES AMPLIAS
Pros:

La habitación es amplia y con todos los servicios, la ubicación es buena también ya que está justo en la plaza de la ciudad.

Cons:

Sólo había una persona atendiendo en el restaurante y no se daba a basto, el servicio tardó un poco. La plancha que había en la habitación estaba manchada/quemada y al usarla quemó mi ropa.

Pros:

Bastante cómodo, el servicio fue rápido y las habitaciones se encuentran en excelente estado, se tiene a acceso a internet y cable. Además la alberca está limpia y el horario de la alberca es muy accesible, lo recomienod mucho.

Cons:

Que las líneas telefónicas para la recepción no sirven y nos proporcionan un número de whats app que nunca responden, y de todas maneras uno tiene que acudir a la recepción.

Cons:

La atención de la recepcionista del domingo. No fue nada amable, le pedi que me ayudara a conseguir un taxi (la repcencionista del sábado lo habia hecho) y me dijo que "Ellos no brindaban ese servicio por que no tenían línea teléfónica" Por cierto, qué miedo que un hotel no tenga línea telefónica. Lo pensaré para volver.

Las habitaciones muy grandes, limpias, el baño igual amplio, muy cómodas

Cons:

Creo que el desayuno q incluye debería de ser más que americano simplemente al menos incluir proteínas, en las habitaciones solo había 1 shanpoo y 1 jabón, de preferencia si fuera líquido sería mejor

Como estar en casa. !
Pros:

Todo estuvo super bien, un pequeño detalle con la tubería de la regadera, pero creo que de ahi en fuera el equipo del hotel siempre nos atendió de maravilla el restaurante genial y el sabor estupendo. Toda mi familia muy agusto, todos felices sobre todo la alberca a mis hijos les encanto.

Cons:

Creo que no hay queja...todo genial, mi estancia fabulosa. regresaría sin pensarlo dos veces.
