We really enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Location is excellent, rooms are comfortable and clean, mattresses were nice and firm, great views of the river from our rooms

Cons:

The bathrooms are very cozy, although we appreciated the large shower and hot water! Walls are a bit thin - can hear a lot of noise in the hallway/neighbouring rooms

It is the perfect stay for us when visiting Whitehorse

I wud stay again but I know people who can’t re the stairs
Pros:

Great staff nice and clean beautiful towels

Cons:

No elevator …they are on the high end re price. Not sure if that is warranted. It isn’t a flashy hotel. A well done modest establishment

Pros:

Perfect location for exploring Whitehorse and especially walking the trail to the fish ladder.
Great restaurant in the hotel.
Super clean hotel.

Cons:

AC in room was ridiculously noisy. And speaking of noise, the noise from the Dirty Northern late at night was obnoxious. Even with the windows closed you could hear the drunk assholes at the restaurant. Perhaps the hotel could ask the restaurant to tell their patrons to be quiet.

Staff very accommodating to early check-in. Airport shuttle was great.

Cons:

Location of rooms from the lobby……needing go down a hallway, where the waiters go between restaurant and kitchen!!!
Also noise….horrible…children running in hallway and then who ever was above us, all we heard most of the night and very early morning was the stomping of feet. Will probably never stay there again!!
