Location was good. just a quick drive to Tim Hortons and other restaurants.

Cons:

THe motel advertises that there is a kettle, coffee maker, ironing board etc. THere was a fridge and stove but no kettle or coffee maker. no cups or glasses. there were plates and bowls and some cutlery. After we asked, they gave us a kettle and 2 very small cups. Just don't advertise that the rooms have these things and it would have been fine. I wouldn't have brought coffee to make in a coffee maker. There was no dish soap to use to clean the cups we had to go buy. Also there was no garbage can at all in the room, not even in the bathroom so we had to leave our take out garbage on the kitchen counter. Bed was comfotable though

Budget friendly with lot of compromise on cleanliness and amenities
Pros:

It has two beds so it's comfortable for family of 4 it's at the very good location ans close to all amenities

Cons:

All the rooms need good maintenance. It was dirty everywhere and most kitchen appliances were in bad condition.

At least 2 outlets haven’t worked. Dirty ceiling and dirty looking walls. Faded away dirty carpet in a corridor. Broken inside door lock. Not cozy at all. We were too tired to move or look for a different place. But surely, will never book this place again. Cleaning and service are very important for any place no matter if it’s a one or five star accommodations. And amenities in the room must work or be replaced as to provide at least a minimal comfort for a client.

The bath towel had stains , the mattress and linen were dirty seems like they provided a uncleaned room , bad odour in the hallway. We slept in the car after paying 200$ !

As soon as you open the front door your welcomed with the smell of stall cigarette smell as well as a dirty carpet, check in was fine... room was very outdated and it was two rooms to fit two full size beds ( still tight) no air conditioning in main room window shaker in the small room. paint on the walls are in serious need of paint ( nicks and chips everywhere as well as dirty kitchen area the bathroom sink leaked water onto the floor as you used the sink, we refused to use the shower as it still had the soap shampoo and hair from a previous guest i would not stay here again

Pros:

We stayed in a two bedroom unit No a/c in the main room. Foul odour in bathroom. Major update needed throughout motel.

Our sleep, however, was wonderful. The motel was quiet and staff were helpful and pleasant.

Pros:

When we entered the property to go to the office it smelled like cigarettes the room smelled like cigarettes, some light fixtures worked the fridge was humming the air conditioner was only in one room.
I could go on, I was happy it was only one night.

Pros:

The whole building smells cigarette and the carpet of halls and stairs were durty. The bedroom was cleaned, but the cigarrete smelling was terrible.
