Amazing property, big rooms and friendly staff
Pros:

Great property with beautiful spacious rooms
Amazing staff very pleasant
The buffet dinner and breakfast are both very elaborate and spoils you with choices
There are two pools, large pool is really large , it was fun swimming there
They surprised us with a free room upgrade on check-in and a cake after our dinner to celebrate my wives birthday:)

Pros:

Stay was very comfortable, hotel rooms was very clean and the staff were very courteous as well especially the room service staff - Nalaka.

We enjoyed our trip.

Cons:

The property is big but the rooms need to be upgraded as well.
We had 4 rooms, of which 2 rooms were allocated in old wing of the hotel building and 2 rooms were allocated in new wing.

It is a good stay with the friendly staff.
Pros:

I like the staff, almost good experiance, Food was delicious.

Cons:

Property is old, need maintainance, rusted and odd looking in and out side of the property. Parking was troubling with accessibility.

Great hotel for a beach getaway
Pros:

Nice rooms, great view, good location right on the beach, nice and very comfortable rooms.

Cons:

You can book a deluxe room to have access to the deluxe pool but nobody is there to monitor if it’s actually only the deluxe pool residents there, so the deluxe pool gets just as crowded. Also the buffet is very crowded, there are too many tables so the dining experience is not too nice.

Pleasant and calming stay, with good facilities.
Pros:

Architectural design and space of the hotel, swimming pools and rooms were decent. Check in and out was much faster than in any other Cinnamon Hotel I’ve been to previously - this was a plus. Staff were very helpful when approached.

Cons:

Whilst good variety of food, it was dry in a lot of cases.
We would usually get a welcome drink on arrival in any other Cinnamon Hotel - but was disappointed that this didn’t happen - as I always look forward to this. For evening meal in the main area, there seemed to be what sounded like an exciting set of Sri Lankan music and dancers performing, but where we were seated there was no way we could either see it or experience it.
