Near to bus station

Casa Leticia was easily located to where I needed to be and happen to be such a pleasant experience! The staff was extremely hospitable and helpful with everything.

Good, appropriate.

Next to bus station, hot water, bidet, clean. Great free breakfast.

The staffs are very helpful, accommodating and smiling.

Terrible wifi. Bad signal on TV.

There's no bath mat ..And there are no single clothing hangers in the closet on my day 1.

Nice room and nice people though.
Definitely will stay there again next visit to Davao.

A correction that they do not have onsite laundry facility is incorrectly listed on Expedia.
I will tell you that this is a unique older building that was updated. The food in the restaurant, especially for breakfast was amazing. The fries were not the best and you may wish to revisit that. The fries were homemade, but they were a bit greasy. But overall, I would for sure come back. The staff was amazing! Thank you!

During check in time it was very long since they know that we are 3people in one room it still it was not prepared very upsetting

The staff was very nice and attentive to the needs. They gave me a quiet room and were always very courteous. Also the breakfast was terrific.

作为直接这家酒店的住客，我们在餐厅吃饭，结账时他竟然额外加收了我们百分之三十的服务费！
事先不加以说明，结帐时也没有说明，

当我们发现多收费用的时候，他才说这是加收的费用。
感觉这部分是费用是他个人私自收取的！

As guests of this hotel, when we were eating in the restaurant, the waiter actually charged us 30% extra!

The cost of the meal was only six hundred. He charged us more than nine hundred!

Nothing in the restaurant indicated that there would be a service charge, nor did he warn us before we ate.

So, we think this kind of behavior is very mean, bad.

Room was very clean, size was ok, and despite mine facing the road the noise was not too bad. Aircon was old, but quiet and did the job. WIFI also fine. Staff was friendly. It's easy to find a taxi and most things you would want to go to are a short ride away. Recommend for stays of up to a week (my opinion).

I like the complimentary breakfast.The staff in Sagay resto are all accommodating and friendly including the front desk officers..The only downside is, no one assisted me going upstairs with my huge luggage after I checked in at night.

Said we had NO booking - had to stay in friends room overnight till they got us room for remainder of stay. 'Found' booking the following day. NO refund for missed night! Offered extra night but we could not do that was were flying on. Very disappointing stay - no hair dryer or iron/board in room all towels badly marked. Only saving grace was the breakfasts were good and cooked to order.

Overall poor, would not recommend.

I was given room 206. I would not recommend this room. I don't know about the others, but this one has terrible shower, not hot water. Air conditioning was low. But the room was quiet at night.

I stayed in this hotel along with three friends. I was bot disappointed because the hotel staff were very accomodating and we were able to park safely and fast.

i booked the room good for 4 persons it shows to the website 1 big bed and 2 single bed but then so disappointed room is not set up and i have to pay extra.. the service no good the menu of the restaurant there is no price. its comes to bill shocking price.. food is horrible..
