Ne mérite pas 4 étoiles
Nous avons connu une autre époque, où l'on conseillait cet hôtel.
Le petit déjeuner est nul.
Nous devions revenir avec un groupe de 30 personnes mais nous avons changé la réservation suite aux lacunes du Parador
Les chambres, forte humidité

Cons:

Staff is incredibly rude. They wanted to keep me there in prison while I get the answer from booking.com customer service which never arrived... They followed me outside on the street and harrassed me. While in there, the cleaning staff harrassed me 3 times when will I leave.. rooms ceilings are wet, ready to be mouldy.

L’emplacement car il y’a le parking.

Le service du petit déjeuner a 9€ par personnes je suis arrivée pas de buffet de prêt .
Les fenêtres grande ouverte alors que nous somme en mars et qu’il fait froid . Du coup service à la table mais dans le froid et sans avoir le choix de notre petit dej . Alors oui c’est le ramadan et je respecte mais nous avons payé pour un buffet et cela na pas été respecté

Amabilidad, calidad, limpieza y localización excelentes.
Pros:

La localización es inmejorable. Se tarda menos de un minuto andando en llegar a la plaza del centro histórico.
El parking es privado y con vigilancia.
El trato de la mujer de recepción fue maravilloso. Además de su propio idioma, la mujer habla inglés, frances y español.
Las habitaciones son de buen tamaño, el wifi funciona bien, la limpieza en general es estupenda. Tienen aire acondicionado.
A pesar de ser un hotel que está en el centro, dentro se respira tranquilidad.
Tiene una piscina de buen tamaño con un horario bastante amplio.
Nos ha encantado.

Pros:

Traumlage am Eingang der Medina, toller Bergblick, traditionsreiches Haus mit spanischer Kolonialvergangenheit, schöner Pool, gutes Frühstücksbüffet, sehr hilfsbereites Personal, Parkplatz vor der Tür (was in Chefchaouen einem Wunder gleich kommt).

Perfect location for exploring Chefchaouen
Pros:

The location of this hotel is excellent. It is 100 meters from the central square and has lots of parking outside for your rental car. The room had an excellent view over the valley, fast WiFi, lots of hot water, and a strong heater on the wall. There is also a pool if you like swimming. The only letdown was the breakfast - other reviews have mentioned this so I have no idea why they don't improve it - the selection was very small, nothing was labelled so you had no idea what the dishes were, there was no fresh fruit, there was coffee but no tea, the morning staff were not helpful. So I would definitely stay at this hotel but skip the breakfast option.
