O ponto principal foi a atenção do senhor Júlio, que fica na recepção à noite. Ele me passou boas dicas de restaurantes.

Eles fazem limpeza do quarto todos os dias, caso ache necessário.

Em frente ao hotel, temos um mercado e um restaurante.

Cons:

Recomendo usar uma cortina maior no box do banheiro, de maneira que ela toque o piso e evite que a água do banho passe.

Em termos de localização, não poderia ser melhor, mas pesou a dificuldade no acesso à garagem.
Pros:

A localização do hotel é excelente, tanto para passeios a pé quanto para acessar locais para comer, a qualquer hora do dia, sempre com muita segurança.

Cons:

Estacionamento (que não está incluído na diária, é pago à parte): sem um lugar para parar o carro em frente ao hotel e descer as malas fica complicado se não estiver em 2 pessoas, onde uma pode descer, ir até a recepção, pegar o cartão de acesso à garagem, enquanto a outra pessoa fica dando a volta na quadra com o carro.

Excelente ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación es buenísima, hay una parada de autobus en frente y un supermercado. Tiene restaurantes de cómida rápida en la misma cuadra además de cafeterias y la avenida principal 18 de Julio. El comedor compartido es una buena opción para llevar sus propios alimentos y hay refrigerador en las habitaciones. La atención es amable y el personal servicial.

El colchón era más grande que la cama y eso afectó el descanso de mi esposa
