Amazing location
Pros:

It’s very well located in the centre, you can walk easily everywhere.

Cons:

The staff at the hotel reception were quite unfriendly, which was a very disappointing aspect of our stay. We interacted with four women at reception, and only two of them were somewhat pleasant. We travel frequently, and it’s truly unfortunate to experience this kind of treatment at a hotel.

Pros:

Super Lage mitten in Rossio. Von dort aus starten viele Aktivitäten. Wir hatten immer kurze Wege. Das Hotel hat uns genau das geboten, was wir für die Dauer des Aufenthalts benötigten.

Cons:

Wir hatten nach einem Hotel mit Parkplatz gefiltert. Das Hotel selbst hat keinen Parkplatz, sondern kooperiert mit dem städtischen Underground-Parking. Am Anfang dachten wir, dass der Undergroundparkplatz voll wäre und so haben wir woanders geparkt. Das Hotelpersonal hat uns aber erklärt, dass es immer Parkplätze für Hotelgäste gibt, man muss nur die Absperrung kurz beiseite stellen. Allerdings braucht man zunächst die Parkkarte des Hotels und das Hotel steht in einer Fußgängerzone. Diesen Ablauf hätte man eher kommunizieren können. Am Ende hat aber alles geklappt und wir konnten unser E-Auto sowohl parken als auch laden.

La ubicacion es muy buena,la habitación aunque algo pequeña esta limpia,asi como el baño,tiene opciónes de almoada que para mi es importante.

Cons:

Quizas la ducha que es algo pequeña y además el difusor esta algo bajo y no de puede regular en mi habitación al menos

Muy cerca de todo el casco histórico

La ubicación es perfecta, y tiene muy buen desayuno.

Cons:

Podrían indicar que el hotel esta en una calle peatonal , que no pueden circular los autos, y que el estacionamiento (la entrada para autos), está a 2 o 3 cuadras. Adicionalmente me dieron una tarjeta para hacer la entrada
/salida del estacionamiento, me la dejé en el mostrador mientras hacia el check in y me la olvidé ahí. La persona de la recepción nos dijo que no la vió y nos cobró una estadia completa de estacionamiento por haberla perdido.
