Estacionamento com manobrista no subsolo do edifício.

Ducha higiênica.

Cons:

O café da manhã é muito básico, incompreensível para um hotel deste tamanho.
A água do chuveiro demora muuuiiiito para esquentar e fica, no máximo, morna.
Muitos moradores de rua no entorno da região do hotel. Não dá para sair tranquilo à noite.

Ar condicionado sujo, não gelava e chuveiro com o banho quente que funcionava quando queria. Atendimento ruim tanto na recepção quanto no buffet de café da manhã, assim que a pessoa chegava já era "enquadrada" por um funcionário perguntando o nº do quarto. Precisa dessa pressa? Ao redor do prédio tem muitos moradores de rua e é esquisito

Da gentileza dos funcionários. Café da manhã tem bastante variedade.

Cons:

Primeiro quarto que ficamos o chuveiro não esquentava, e no segundo quarto, a TV não funcionava.
De fato há muitos moradores de rua na região do hotel, algo que hotel não pode mudar.
No entanto, a calçada em frente ao hotel é muito suja, com lixo e até ratos.
Talvez o hotel pudesse adotar alguma medida pra ser mais limpo, apesar de ser uma função da prefeitura.
