Estadia confortável e bem localizada
Pros:

Fiquei neste hotel duas vezes até agora, os dois quartos atenderam minhas expectativas em conforto e limpeza. A recepção também tem funcionários bem gentis. É bem localizado, minha primeira vez no hotel foi por ser ao lado do evento no Cine Theatro Brasil que eu iria; mas de forma geral está em um ponto bem estratégico tanto para comércio, deslocamento e alguns pontos turísticos.

Cons:

O quarto poderia ser melhor iluminado mas entendo que isso vá de preferências pessoais.

Bom hotel
Pros:

Hotel muito bom, boa localização e bom café da manhã. Por ter história de assombração no hotel devido a um assassinato ocorrido em 2018, nos divertimos muito em grupo.

Cons:

Não havia garagem disponível, embora no site indicava que sim e um dia a limpeza do quarto não foi feita.

O Hotel Financial é a nossa casa em BH há quase 30 anos. Sempre gostamos muito de tudo.

Gostamos muito da hospedagem.

Ainda não encontramos uma cama mais confortável por aí.

Cons:

Sentimos que o café da manhã está perdendo um pouco em qualidade. Pouca variedade de itens, a oferta está se limitando ao básico.

No quarto em que ficamos desta vez estava com um problema no ar condicionado. Mas não nos atrapalhou.

Localização e limpeza.

Cons:

Não recomendo este hotel. Fomos assaltados já dentro do hotel, sem ninguém se importar e nem conversar conosco. Mesmo com segurança na portaria, acabam pertimitindo grupinhos que recepcionam os hóspedes gerando insegurança.
