The staff was great, friendly and could answer questions about the area and make suggestions.
Wish the breakfast had more variety on the buffet, like french toast one day and pancakes the next. Also better directions with two IHG locations within a block of each other gets confusing for the locals.

People coming and going all hours. Super loud in the halls, loud ac kept waking me up too. I could hear even snoring in the rooms around us but i was told there was sound proofing in the rooms. If you need quiet this may not be the place for you. Staff was friendly and apologetic about both ice machines being broken and offered a credit, but i didnt see a credit. Meh not a big deal i guess. Is what it is?
The staff is wonderful: very helpful and courteous. We were there to help someone pack and move so we just needed a place to stay a few nights. It served its purpose. The room was clean but the hotel is pretty worn. Ice machine was broken; baseboard in the common area needed repair. Surrounding area feels safe but is really unattractive (old self storage out the front door). Stay here in you need to be on this side of town but don’t expect frills.

The front desk receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. Has no business serving the public. Worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. And I do travel a lot.
Overall it’s good place, just the compound was clean and there a weird smell inside. But the staff was very exceptional.
The morning staff on Friday was helpful. She rectified the problem with professionalism and understanding. She moved us to another floor and room. I give her five(5) stars!
My first room#226 I was in it looks like it was under construction and not cleaned up. There was plaster all over the walls and ceiling, looked like the work wasn’t complete. Went to front desk and asked for another room she tried to give me a room next door, I asked to be moved to the third floor, so that room was no better.
I was wiping things down like I normally do and when I went to wipe down the toilet as molded
