Pros:

The room was decent.

Cons:

When I paid for the room I requested the 2nd floor, the receptionist said it was not a problem but when I checked in, I was asked if I wanted to be on the 3rd or 4th floor. The TV did not have a guide. We couldn't see the channel or volume button on the remote.The refrigerator was filthy. It had old food, beer and juice stains. Breakfast was ok, it could have been better. We always stay at Holiday inn express and breakfast is usually really good, we were a little disappointed this time.

One of the most comfortable beds ever. Both my friend and I agreed that the hotel felt clean, sheets were nice and soft,

It was OK, but I would make sure the AC works before accepting a room

Location worked for us. Staff was nice with a facility that looked nice as well.

Cons:

AC unit was LOUD and not very functional.....a true need in Texas. Reported to the front desk, a maintenance guy showed up, worked a bit and said he would be back. We had to leave but upon our return, the AC was the same, loud, and the room/was humid......the AC needs repair. When it was time for room cleaning, I asked for some extra towel - they didn't have any. Lastly, parking is a premium here - the lot fills up quickly as its small and I saw many guests parking in front of the hotel, in a bank lot.

Comfortable but would be better if they had toothpaste
