La zona de albercas es amplia, agradable y está limpia, el personal realiza la limpieza desde muy temprano para que todos puedan disfrutarlas, el acceso al mar está a unos pasos de las albercas, cabe mencionar que convive todo este espacio con los restaurantes que están al interior del hotel, de los cuales hay al menos 3 con vista a la playa.

Cons:

Si bien la experiencia que uno busca es la conexión con la naturaleza y estar mucho tiempo en las albercas, hay momentos del día en que uno quiere estar en la habitación ya sea por las altas temperaturas durante la tarde o simplemente para descansar, sin embargo, el servicio de WiFi es deficiente, casi no tienes señal, mismo caso en las pantallas, solo pudimos utilizar la tv por cable, pero no las aplicaciones, repito, no es la idea de venir a este hotel, pero se requiere en algunos momentos del día.

Pros:

This is an excellent hotel located right on the beach and boasting 8 restaurants on the premises, of which five are arguably considered the best in Huatulco. Nice clean rooms, decent wi-fi, relaxed atmosphere, two pools and a spa with reasonable prices. Excellent service throughout. This is our second visit and we will definitely come back.

Comfortable for a short stay.
Pros:

The rooms and the entire facility was clean and well maintained.

Cons:

Our room was somewhat dark and dated. The only chair in the room was a wooden desk chair. A more comfortable chair would have been appreciated.

Beautiful location with wonderful amenities.
Pros:

We love its location right on a beautiful beach yet close enough to walk to many places like Santa Cruz bay or La Crucecita. Chairs on the beach and around 2 pools. Wonderful service around the pools for drinks, food and helping to stay in the shade. Loved having breakfast at one of 2 restaurants looking out at the sea. Restaurants overall are very high quality plus there are lots of fantastic options within half a mile. We stayed in a room looking at the ocean with a plunge pool. Our room was kept very clean by staff. Paradise!

Cons:

Used to be easier to get a taxi right at the entrance. Now you might have to walk up the street or pay more.
