Worst experience I've ever had in my 60 yr life
Cons:

Arrived at 2pm. Was under the impression no rooms were ready because we arrived 1 hr early. Front desk kept asking if I would take a King room. I told them absolutely not. Finally as 3pm approached they told me they rented all the rooms with 2 queens and they couldn't honor my reservation I made over 1 month ago. Unbelievably disappointing experience.
